I've never had a bad experience here, or at their previous store in Pawling. Marcus has massaged me and I never felt any negative vibe. I had an excellent massage. My son looked up their store for me for the hours, and he mentioned that they had low ratings on Yelp, so I wanted to put in my 2 cents for what it's worth...Joann was a talented psychic and my aunt says Dominique is great. No one there has ever been anything but kind, courteous and helpful. Can't even imagine Marcus being negative, let alone being inappropriate in any way. Great selection of beautiful things. The energy is very off in here considering how it presents itself, so much that it made me physically sick. I heard one of the employees talking about another customer that was on hold saying " she is an awful person and that she would be putting her on the do not answer list.¨ These things should not be said in front of people it was extremely off putting and very unprofessional. Not to mention the same woman made the person ringing me up move away from the register in the middle of my transaction to do her own thing, making me and the people behind me wait. Wow, I don't know where to start other than saying that I've been getting readings most of my life so I know the real deal immediately. Let me say that she is definitely at the very top of my list. Her ACCURACY IS UNBELIEVABLE, WHEW!!!! I truly appreciate how she compassionately uses her gift all while lovingly giving it to you straight. She called out names of family that I know are with me and are my guides. THAT PART was incredible!! I could sit with her for hours if permitted and for me that's speaks volumes. The place has a decent selection however some items are greatly overpriced and one of the women who works there is extremely rude made me feel rushed and uncomfortable ... the other ones are not much better they need to learn what friendly customer service is, Id rather travel farther to go to a different place where I don't feel unwanted and uncomfortable in the store. If it wasn't for the rude employees I'd give this place 4 stars .. they could expand their selection a bit and lower the prices I've been to other shops and seen some of the same stuff for way cheaper. read more

I always love coming into this shop! The man who teaches Reiki (forgot his name!) who is usually at the register is so nice and welcoming. I had the great pleasure of doing my Reiki 1 and 2 Certification with Marcus. Prior to that I had done my Reiki 1 somewhere else, and it was a bad experience, she was a phony and charged me an arm and a leg. However, I am glad I didn't give up on Reiki. Marcus is the real deal, he is very knowledge, sweet and funny. On top of that the price for both Reiki 1 and 2 are a real steal! Marcus knew was he was doing and he did the correct attunement. I felt so amazing and renewed! He explained everything and really gave me the confidence that I needed to be a healer. I also had a good experience with the staff, they we're very knowledgeable and I was happy to buy some products. I found the products to be useful and high quality. Highly recommend.. After re injuring my back at work and going to chiropractor I was still in quite a bit of pain. This was over the course of a couple of weeks and I was taking liquid Advil to alleviate the pain. On a local run to A&P I saw the sign outside this little store for introductory massage and Reiki healing. I have to admit I know very little about Reiki Healing but I was in pain and figured the massage would help. I stopped in and was told the massage therapist was with a client and was booked for the afternoon. I left my number on the off chance of a cancellation as I told the receptionist I was in pain and could come on short notice. About an hour after I got home while sitting with heat pad I got a call from receptionist and said they had cancellation and could fit me in. The store is filled with unique crystals and new age assortment books and numerous other items. The massage therapists name is Marcus and he was personable and chatty and enquired about my injury and any treatment I had. They have a massage room in back that has soothing music and large massage table. He proceeded to give me an excellent massage and also worked down my leg where my sciatica was bothering me. I felt very relaxed and comfortable and the pain was definitely dissipating. He then proceeded to give me a short Reiki healing and a brief explanation of what he was going to do. He rubbed his hands together quickly and the went over different areas of my body from my head on down through mid section to my legs. Like I said I'm not into this new age stuff but I have to admit feeling intense heat in my midsection when Marcus placed his hand in that area. Also felt like a nervous energy pulsating throughout my body, very hard to describe. All in all it was a very pleasant experience and I left there feeling much better. Not totally pain free but certainly way better than when I went in. Marcus did encourage me to return for further treatment and if I was in a lot of pain just stop in and he would try and accommodate me. read more

I love the shop it is just great! You can look at all the items in the shop and not see the same thing twice, they have a lovely array of wonderful gifts for all, especially those who have the gift of insight and belief! I was called by the owner twice to reschedule my massage appointment. The first time was a month ago and she stated that she had no idea who booked the appointment but I had to have two consecutive appointments for massages for myself and my daughter. I have no problem doing that. Then I was called three days before my massage and told again I don't know who booked your appointment but that room is booked for this weekend. Who calls the customer three days before to say they don't know who booked the appointment with them and that the room is going to be occupied by someone else other than the masseuse. Why would you call the customer three days before their appointment and tell them they can't have the massage because the room is occupied by someone else ? Hello!! I booked this massage a month prior to 8/15/15!! This tells me that the owner is not on top of her business or her employees. What kind of business is she running over there?? If I'm offering an introductory massage at $39 I will know who is coming in every time to keep track of that business. Beware..do NOT buy gift certificate or Groupon massage from them because they're selling services for what they can't perform. I purchased this massage on Nov 15, 2014 and I called the vendor to schedule for an appointment and was told they the earliest appointment was on January 13. A week before my appointment, I received phone call to say the therapist wasn't available and they have me rescheduled to March and I explained that the Groupon expires on Feb 13. The receptionist said that's fine. Two weeks later I received another phone call to tell me, we're sorry but we had to reschedule your massage again because room isn't available. The owner is using the room for something else. I expressed my frustration and said I'm flexible and come any day that is available and again nothing was available. I was rescheduled for April then again had another call and rescheduled for the next available appt on May 9th. On the morning of May 9th I received a call to remind me of my appointment for 2pm. I arrived for my appointment at 1:58 pm, 2 minutes early and was given the paperwork to fill out. 15 minutes passed I was told, the therapist is running a bit late, and that she's on her way in. Then 10 more minutes passed I was told the therapist thought the appointment was for 3 pm. At this time, I was very upset and said, "I'm sorry but this is not acceptable. I've been trying to get this massage for months now and had 4 rescheduled and now I'm here and the therapist is not. I wanted to speak to the manager. I also have to be home at 4 pm to watch my granddaughter" The receptionist gave me the owner business card. His name is Marcus Feighery. I called on his cell phone while I was in the store and got his voicemail. I left a detail message and asked him to call me back asap. Which he never did. I told the receptionist that I'm not happy and that I will write up reviews on Yelp, Google and Groupon. I wanted to have my money back and don't want anything to do with this kind of business.
