She was extremely rude and repeatedly cut me off while I was trying to explain the reason for my call. I mentioned that I had been a previous patient of an APRN who worked there years ago. Before I could continue, she abruptly cut me off to say, "We don't do prescriptions here." I replied that I wasn't calling about prescriptions, but she still insisted, in a dismissive tone, "Well, I'm just letting you know because the APRN was able to do that." I repeated that prescriptions were not why I was calling. I explained that I was looking for a PCP with a holistic approach and wanted to know whether my insurance would be compatible, attempted to explain about my insurance. Again, she cut me off, saying, "We're not a PCP and don't sign off on anything for insurance." Once more, this was not what I was asking. I finally had to say, "If you let me explain, I'd appreciate it." But at that point, I told her that if this was the experience I was receiving over the phone, I would take my family and myself elsewhere. This was honestly shocking. I'm sure many of the other employees are wonderful, and I was looking forward to the possibility of becoming a patient again. However, this interaction alone completely changed my mind. Because of her behavior, I will absolutely be looking elsewhere for care.

He was see by Jeffrey Michaelis who told him he had Covid. He prescribed medication and called it in to CVS. When my son drove himself to CVS to pick it up, he was told that they had a question about the prescription and reached out to the prescriber, but hadn't heard back. Needless to say, he left without any medication and his fever spiked dangerously high during the night. The next morning, when I was asked to go pick up the prescription I called CVS before heading out and was told that the prescriber never got back to them. I immediately called urgent care and spoke to Emily. Emily said she would reach out to the provider and have him resubmit the prescription and contact my son when that was done. I was told it was done and headed to CVS to pick it up. However, when I got there it's the same story again. Second phone call to Emily, and was told that she would once again reach out to the provider and have him resubmit it. I reiterated that there was some confusion with the prescription and needed to be addressed. I asked her to please put me on hold while she communicates with the provider so that I can get this medication for my son who urgently needs it. She didn't put me on hold. She decided to just hang up on me. When I called back again, I asked to speak to her supervisor. Jackie was rude and couldn't care less that I was a mother just trying to pick up her adult son's medication because he was too sick to do it himself. After a lot of back and forth it was finally resolved with the help and professionalism of the pharmacist at CVS and definitely no help or professionalism from this facility. If you care about your health and well-being, don't go there!

Family members told me that I have all the symptoms of Lyme disease and insisted I get checked.. Since I could not see my doctor and did not feel this warranted an ER visit I went to this Mill Plain Road AFC. I asked to be checked for Lyme. Doctor said it was possible but not likely and did have an assistant do blood work to test for Lyme. Doctor also prescribed medication to help with my discomfort. Went to the pharmacy the next day and they said they had no prescription. Called AFC. No one answered during business hours and I left a voicemail and asked for a call back. No one ever called back. Called back on Thursday to see if they had my blood results and no answer and no call back. WHY DID I EVEN BOTHER TO GO HERE?? WAS A TOTAL WASTE OF TIME!!!
