Much to my delight I found Ann and her staff extremely knowledgeable about fitting a full figured women! Trust me, there are very few people who know how to FIT A BRA CORRECTLY. Turns out Ann had multiple styles that not only fit perfectly, but the styles were lovely. For years I've wanted a pair of VS fuzzy sweat pants and recently I finally bought some because they were part of the sale and had awesome palm prints on them. I might spend more than I like to admit sometimes in this store, and the Ventura store might have a lot more to offer for cheaper prices, but the customer service here makes it worth it.

There were two girls working at the counter, a tall blond and a short redhead, neither of them said a word to me and kept having their personal convo. I went to the dressing room & had to redress, go back onto the store floor to get a smaller size & they're still talking to each other . Zero customer service & support, borderline rude & dismissive. There are stairs in the middle of the floor and there's also an elevator to use if you wish in the corner of the building. You can pick up some good bargains here, but for most of the items I do think they unfairy highly inflate the retail price shown on the tag to make you think you're getting a fantastic deal. You need to know your prices and avoid being fooled by this deceptive practice.
