I have never had a filling and intuitively felt off when Dr Hill who is personable and has a beautiful office, great staff etc recommended a filling saying "he could not see the tooth well enough in the X-ray to be certain" but would make me an appointment for the filling. With further research I now know that it would have damaged my perfect wisdom tooth to drill and fill a tooth without decay! So sadly I have to say Dr Hill will not see me in his office again and please get a second opinion if you have a doubt about what is recommended.

When sitting in the waiting room for a half hour- they apparently scheduled two appointments at 8 am - this dentist is telling a little 8 yr oldgirl how when she goes under she can't eat anything because she might choke on her throw up. I highly recommend finding care with a dentist that has reliable and competent office staff. We have talked to multiple staff members- Jaime, Heather, Korbin, Tanya and Doctor Robinson himself (the owner of the business). When we have spoken to the staff they just continue to give the run around on the refund. If their office is so great and the money is rolling in then why can't they issue a refund. They were paid by insurance and there is no reason that this matter cannot be resolved. If they don't like receiving phone calls from me or my husband, then issue a refund. We already switched dentists, we can't have our child go somewhere that is so rude and behavior is abhorrent.
