I highly recommend finding care with a dentist that has reliable and competent office staff. We have talked to multiple staff members- Jaime, Heather, Korbin, Tanya and Doctor Robinson himself (the owner of the business). When we have spoken to the staff they just continue to give the run around on the refund. If their office is so great and the money is rolling in then why can't they issue a refund. They were paid by insurance and there is no reason that this matter cannot be resolved. If they don't like receiving phone calls from me or my husband, then issue a refund. We already switched dentists, we can't have our child go somewhere that is so rude and behavior is abhorrent.

What more could you ask for from a dentist. I have a night guard and they allow me to bring it in for a good cleaning when I come in every 6 months for my regular cleaning. The facilities are spotless in terms of cleanliness. They have bottled water and coffee via the coffee machine. They play Christian music and have TV screens showing beautiful images of nature hanging from the ceilings above your seat, so you can lay back and relax (as much as possible). Strongly recommend!

Every single staff member I've interacted with has been friendly and accommodating. I'm a wheelchair user and find the office far more navigable than most medical settings. Plus they have SUPER sturdy dental chairs with arms that go down on BOTH sides, which is a rare find -- and absolutely great for higher-weight patients. I can't think of a single way they could improve - they even offer a membership that saves some $$.
