When sitting in the waiting room for a half hour- they apparently scheduled two appointments at 8 am - this dentist is telling a little 8 yr oldgirl how when she goes under she can't eat anything because she might choke on her throw up. Our turn and she lays my son down jams sunglasses on his face and blasts the light into his face. Proceeds to brush vigorously and tells me when his teeth bleed keep brushing very hard. The assistant comes with fluoride - I say no- she says you have to - I say absolutely not. She says you can't come back then. Wasn't planning on it lady. It was an absolute nightmare. What more could you ask for from a dentist. I have a night guard and they allow me to bring it in for a good cleaning when I come in every 6 months for my regular cleaning. The facilities are spotless in terms of cleanliness. They have bottled water and coffee via the coffee machine. If you ask me I think they just try to get your child in for unnecessary reasons in order to bill your insurance company with false reasons for the visit.

Every single staff member I've interacted with has been friendly and accommodating. I'm a wheelchair user and find the office far more navigable than most medical settings. Plus they have SUPER sturdy dental chairs with arms that go down on BOTH sides, which is a rare find -- and absolutely great for higher-weight patients. I can't think of a single way they could improve - they even offer a membership that saves some $$.
