I'm a big fan of Cobs Bread Cinnamon Loaf especially since you can get it sliced to desired thickness. I decided to try a new flatbread - the Turkish bread, Italian herb. I'm not a vegan but it is vegan suitable. It was a lackluster flatbread though. It was really tough and chewy - not sure if it's supposed to be that way or not but it up to par. The flavor was okay but I just couldn't get past how hard it was to chew it and to rip it into pieces. The picture shows the torn off section missing. We weren't able to eat the rest of the flatbread. The staff were very friendly and served me with a smile. They have a very nice variety of bread, scones and assorted pastries. There is plenty of outside parking at the mall. The server also gave me a sample of their new high fiber white bread which was a nice bonus. I will definitely be back for more of the cinnamon bread but not the Turkish bread. Even if it was just a one off with how tough and chewy it was - it's not worth it for the sake of my teeth. read more
