When another person came over, I asked to speak to a manager and explained the situation calmly. I've been shopping at this store for years and have never experienced anything like this. Unfortunately, the interaction felt hostile and rude, which is unacceptable. Customers should not be treated this way. I will always defend myself when spoken to disrespectfully, and this experience was very disappointing from a place I've supported for so long.
