This was not true, which I proved by calling the billing people while I was in the office. It was humiliating even though it was not true, and they never apologized for this. It is disturbing to learn that they treat patients with such disrespect. I would feel the same way about them treating a person who couldn't pay their bill this way. Have a little class!

We walked into Heritage Dental and explained the situation (we have never been to this dentist office before). The entire staff - reception, office, hygenist, and Dr. Bo Stanley were so very kind and empathetic. They took her in immediately and treated her with kindness and respect. Dr. Stanley explained everything he was going to do and with what tools. He was thorough, patient, and very interested in eliminating her pain. By the time we left she was feeling so much better. I can't thank them enough. I would HIGHLY recommend them.
