    Always friendly helpful people. The isles are a bit out of stock some days but I'm finding that everywhere.

    Do not use skip the line. What they mean is prepay and get in line. They want you inside hoping you will spend more money.

    My husband and I have been going to Johnson Dental without issue since we moved to this area 3 yrs…read moreago. I took my 3 kids to Johnson Dental in March 2024, my kids were 7, 5, and almost 2 yr old at the time. The experience in the exam rooms was fine, but my 1 yr old was at the dentist for the first time and she was very upset to be there. She was uncooperative and crying so her visit went quickly, I held her arms while Betsy brushed her teeth, applied fluoride, and talked to us but neither Dr Aaron or Dr Kristi examined her. Betsy told me she could see there were no issues or decay etc. and my child was so terrified there wouldn't be much a dentist could do anyway. We go out to Skye, one of the billing people, and I'm told I owe $148. I'm shocked by this- we have insurance and general check ups are covered. She then told me that my 1 yr old child isn't on my insurance. I am again shocked, and question it. Skye tells me, "Yes I'm sure. I found out last week and called to make sure. I even had Dr Kristi check to make sure." I express my disbelief that she couldn't do me the courtesy of calling me to inform me of this- she knew this information way ahead of this appointment. She reminds me that legally patients are in charge of knowing their insurance plans and who's covered. I understand that, however you're providing a service and you get paid either way- whether I pay or my insurance pays. Couldn't you do the customer a favor and inform them by a quick call or voicemail?? I later inform them what Skye told me. I am informed that no one knew this information beforehand and "We would have spoken to you about this. We never have and never will ignore something this important." So they're obviously covering for themselves and that's that. Why would I choose to pay out of pocket 150 dollars for a 1 yr old child to essentially get her teeth brushed and applied fluoride?? Even if she were cooperative there is not much a dentist can do for this age. I get the details of what I'm being charged for and the main part of the bill is for the exam performed by Dr Aaron. What exam?? My 7 and 5 yr olds were seen by Dr Kristi that day. Dr Aaron did not examine my 1 yr old. When I told them this I figured they'd say it was a billing mistake and correct the bill, but no. They insist the exam was performed (btw I never left the room, my daughter would have freaked out even more) and insist I pay for a service that was not provided. I'm just appalled by this place and their dishonesty. We will never go back there. They lost the business of a loyal family of 5 because of all this

    One of the most disrespected place I have ever been to. I have been going to this since 4/10/2018…read more For this whole time this place was nice and provided a great service. They had different receptionist at the time I was going there and I would talk up a storm on how I like this place and you guys treat me well. It felt like they were treating me as family so I recommended my wife come here and have them be our main dentist. Until today, I have never been more disrespected like I was the worst person in the word. How hurt can I be from the way the manager and the new receptionist Heather had treated me over the phone. I called in stating I have tried to make an appointment for some pain I been having and after I had a crown installed in November 2020 and I have not gotten any responses from them at all. One appointment made on 8/2/2021 and another on 8/19/2021 after both have no responses. Today is 9/23/2021 and yet to hear from them. When calling I talked to Heather and she states I am the once that checks those appointments and she will check. I then was put on hold (with no apologies) and then the Manager picked up the phone and stated, "Hi, it looks like you need to make an appointment?" I was like, yes, but I have an issue with the fact that you guys have not responded to my online appointment request that stated I am in pain from a crown that you have installed, and is this your normal practice.. and she said no. She continued to set up an appointment and she said you are all set to go. I was like that is fine, but is anyone going to address the fact that I made two online appointments and I have been ignored. I paused... no answer, I begin talking again stating, is any one going to apologize? The manager states, you keep talking over me... at this time, I have yet to talk over her but she claims that is all I did??? What? This is a business trying to turn a customers words around and lie? At this point, I am more than upset and disrespected after again, I asked for an apology and then it was like a 20 sec pause from her after my question, So I said hello, are you going to say anything? She states ,I was waiting for my turn? At this time, I stated, I already asked you the question she stated, it looks like we will not continue with your dental needs. I stated, you want to end my dental needs because you don't want to apologize I stated I am coming in to talk with the owner. Unfortunately when I got there, they didn't give me that option, I stated thanks for seeing me and right out of the bat, they are ending my dental needs with them as I am recording this manager. I recapped on the call how she treated me and she step up to me trying to cover my phone as I was recording her responses telling me I wont let her talk.. she had the time to apologize on the call, she will not have anything else to say when opening up with canceling me as a patient. I am not sure what is up with these people but they didn't this to my wife as well and never apologize for her first online appointment was never accepted twice. Proof I never had any responses will be in the image of my email and the fact that I have extreme pain on the tooth they fixed. Clearly the wife and husband that run this company don't care, since they didn't want to talk to me about how their employees acted.
