Pancakes for lunch, french toast for dinner, and Mom's cereal all day! Those Honey Grahams with a splash of chocolate syrup and some rice milk; the "best" simple cure for the munchies!! Not only do they have some of the tastiest affordable cereals on the market, but they're a company that stays true to their word. A few weeks ago i tried the Toasted Cinnamon Squares and thought while eating my cereal that perhaps i had not thoroughly rinsed the soap outta my bowl because there was a definite "soapy" taste. Next morning--same thing, soap taste. Two days later i hadda friend try a bowl (inna different bowl) and....same conclusion--this cereal tastes like soap!! So i read the side of the box which states "Mom's will refund of replace your product if there's any problem." I called the number on the box that day and within a week or two i had an envelope in the mail with "replacement" coupons to give it another try. Went to the store and picked up a box of the Cinnamon Squares and the Honey Grahams. While the Squares (this time) no longer tasted like soap, i still wouldnt recommend em...they're ok, but could be done better in my opinion. Stick with the Grahams or the Oats n Honey, they've never disappointed. For about $3 a (big) box, Mom's is the best bang forya buck in the cereal aisle for sure....and they use pretty decent ingredients too! I can only hope that they don't "sell out" to the big corporate giants like General Mills or Kelloggs, but you can bet theyre taking market share from the corporate GMO supporting giants! Keep it up Mom's i'll continue to spread the word...oh, and ifya wanna send out a few more coupons, i'd gladly accept!

I first found Mom's cereals at the HEB in Harker Heights, Texas, in 2006, and now I almost always…read morehave a box of at least one of Mom's cereal varieties in the house. I like all of them, although the mallow oats (lucky charms) and the honey-ful wheat (super sugar crisp) are my favorites. They use no corn syrup but they use a lot of renewable energy. Despite this, they are usually among the cheaper cereal options. How do you do it, Mom's? You're the best!

Especially in the current…read moreeconomy... it seems that Trader Joe's prices haven't gone up much while other groceries jack up their prices higher and higher... I used to think of Trader Joe's as a more upper-middle class grocer, but not anymore. Everything (with the exception of meat and milk) is very affordable. That said, their shopping experience remains the same high-quality, enjoyable experience, with aisles of yummy options to browse, especially with the rotating seasonal options and new offerings. I've been here several times since moving to Eagan, and I've always encountered friendly employees. The checkout always moves quickly and efficiently. I also love grabbing some free stickers and coloring pages on my way out; it's like a little dopamine burst for my inner child! There are restrooms available to shoppers. They are gender-neutral, which is awesome for a trans guy like me. The bathroom walls are decorated with fun paintings much like the rest of the inside. They are also spacious and clean. Occasionally I have spotted a local food truck parked nearby, serving unique offerings. Once I got to snag some apple cider donuts that way, hehe. The only thing that's a negative about this place is that the parking lot (shared with the movie theatre) is smallish and has a weird layout, so navigating that can be quite challenging. Thankfully I usually walk! But even so, I have to watch out crossing because the cars aren't paying attention to pedestrians!

I never really go to Trader Joe's with a list or plan, I kind of just browse to see what they have and grab whatever- usually snacks. Sometimes I hate that I find unique snacks and end up liking/loving them, then they don't carry it anymore but that's not this particular locations fault. This store was very neat. Layout seemed backwards compared to the Bloomington location but it's not a huge store so it's easy to look down every aisle. I love that you can buy single cans of sparking water/drinks here. Staff were super friendly at the checkout.

Anyway, they eventually get around to showing up and even though they are driving a giant-ass semi truck that clearly won't fit in our tiny 8-car parking lot, they decide to play monster truck and almost total several cars. My coworker runs out and has to explain to them very slowly that they should park on the street like sane people. So they figure that out and start unloading. Another coworker asks the to leave the totes in aisle 4 so it'll be easier to stock. They refuse. Say it's not their job. Instead the leave in front of the conveyor belt so that we can't move stuff up or downstairs and completely clog up the back room. One of the guys comes up to me and asks me to sign off on the inventory. At the times was at the register checking out a customer. I figure that if he can make me wait 3 hours for his truck, he can wait 2 minutes for me to finish with the customer so I tell him to wait. He slams the inventory on the counter and storms off. They leave without the signed inventory, through the parking lot. Somehow they managed to do it without crushing any cars but it was close. I ended up staying 3 hours later than Normal because of how late they were and after reading the other 3 reviews that were written by former employees it really shines a light on how shit this company is.
