The good: good was mostly oof and came out out fast. The bad: service was so bad. We stopped by on a Saturday morning and were pleasantly surprised to not find a line waiting. Somehow we still waited for several Minutes to be seated because no one cared to watch the hostess stand. When we were seated, it still took a long time to get silverware and a waiter to show up. My friend ended up getting the silverware herself. The coffee cups weren't clean... but it was nice they left the coffee on the table for refills. The waiter was awkward and really into my personal space. He was nice, but not competent. Our food did come quickly once we ordered. The eggs Benedict were good and the fruit was fresh and not just pineapples lol. My friend liked her waffle and eggs, but the bacon was sorely undercooked. The only reason she didn't send it back was because she didn't really want it anyway. It probably would have taken another 30 minutes to get someone's attention to redo it. I don't know if it was just an odd day, but it wasn't a great experience which is disappointing because the food was overall good. read more

I have been wanting to try dinner at Perkins for a long time as we typically only go for breakfast. We had a great experience the host and server were excellent and the turkey dinner came out exactly like the picture and tasted excellent! I was very impressed! My son even commented this is the first meal we havent had leftovers in a long time! Everyone enjoyed their meal. Kudos to everyone working tonight at 8pm! read more

We came to pick up our food and there was a cockroach between the burger and the bun, when we came back to tell our server what she had just gave us she sighed and turned her back away, she then came back and told us that "we took the roach out" I'm disgusted and this should be filed as an attempted murder. read more

My wife and I stopped for a late lunch on a recent Sunday. We were not expecting much, due to less than stellar results at other restaurants in the chain. We were pleasantly surprised by how good this place actually was. Person who waited on us was very pleasant. Food arrived at our table in just a few minutes and tasted good. It was a good experience. Only negative was that the men's room could have been cleaner. It wasn't awful, but should have been better. read more

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!! This is the last time I am coming here. I just came in for a cup of coffee. The hostess, who has always acted as though she can't be bothered, seated me with her usual disdain when I said I only wanted a cup of coffee and she couldn't be bothered to extend her duties to bringing it to me. ordered pickup and the food was alright. the only exception is that the lady working the cash register was not only rude to me but multiple other young women. her whole demeanor changed when men would walk up and she'd treat them exceptionally better. never met a woman made for men but i should've known by the short blonde karen cut, copious amount of mascara and thick black glasses. hope no woman has to go through the same experience as i did because it truly took me aback the way she was treating me and other women my age. if you hate your job just quit, don't make it someone elses problem. read more

I love hanging out at Faribault Perkins. It is one of the only 24 hour establishments in town, which is very convenient. It was a high school hang out for us and remains one of my favorite places to grab breakfast, lunch, dinner, or late night bites! i ordered one of their NEW meals. pasta in a cream sauce over shrimp. The picture on teh menu looked wonderful the meal had too much sauce. I would say it was almost soup-like.. i should have returned it but i was in a rush to eat and run, so i ate it and very sorry i did. Flavor was good. but I would never order that again. I am cheerleader for a high school football team and after every Friday home game a lot of the football team, fans and friends head over to Perkins. Normally we call ahead and let them know what's going to happen around 11pm but unfortunately we did not and there were only 2 cooks trying to make over 30 meals last night. Food was hot, fresh and fast. Waitress was so sweet and accommodating. Saw the sign for Perkins on the freeway and so glad we stopped.

We ordered online for pickup through the perkins site. We were there to pick it up at the 9:56, and the doors were locked and the manager stood there shrugged at us through the glass and did not let us in to pick anything up. (I have proof of these things on my phone) When we called inside she did not answer. We did not get our food, but we were definitely charged for it. I called to try and resolve the issue today. I was just going to see if they could make the dinners now instead, and call it good. The manager proceeded to argue with me. Telling me I ordered through Doordash, (I didn't) and then saying noone ever showed up and she waited until after ten. We SAW HER INSIDE BEFORE 10 shrugging at us! She saw us. She was extremely rude and bitchy and had no interest in resolving the issue. Needless to say, I have zero interest in attempting another order even through we enjoy your food, and I'm out $34... for nothing. read more

This is by far the WORST service of food I have ever experienced. The waitress did not even ask to take our order for drinks within half an hour. She didn't like they way we ordered. So she called my friend a spoiled brat". As several tables are served. We get our food an hour later. She never refilled our drinks. My friend got his food after an hour and a half after we arrive because he almost stormed out. Nearly 2 hours later I leave with no check and leave the money on the table. read more
