Jacob the manager was WONDERFUL! He runs a tight ship & there's this friendly yet cohesive working environment he has cultivated with his employees. I get a lot of emails with deals. I enjoy the pizza. I tried using the app (updated btw) and saw I have 60 rewards points for a free pizza. I tried to order an additional pizza and it only let me get a free pizza but wouldn't show me what it was. It kept looping. I called the store, but the person on the phone didn't know what to say. I asked if I could order on the phone. He seemed shocked and didn't seem to know what he was doing. I said, no worries I'll cone down. I'm 1/2 block away. I got there and he didn't know how to look me up. I suggested my email, phone. He finally found me. But then said that the rewards program was down. I asked if I could just have him order it for me. He said he could not give me any deal/rewards cost in the store and that I had to do it online. Seriously Jacob? Is that your name as the manager? This isn't five star food unless you're like 15 or 16 and higher than a kite. Maybe I have too much time on my hands but the the only reason it's two stars is because the service is friendly and you're lucky it's 2/5 because the pizza sucks I'm not going to beg for your chemical food. I'll just stick to your Cinnastix because not happy with the consistency. it seems like 1/4 or 1/5 pizzas it's actually good. they gave me an old dilapidated pan pizza it's not my first rodeo. Wanted to throw it away the next day it was disgusting looking. I guess next time I have to call ahead and be like hey can you actually make me a pizza with fresh dough? Ordered two pizzas- one "Ultimate Pepperoni" with extra cheese and pepperoni, and one "ExtravaganZZa". Both arrived tepid, underdone, and cut halfway. Also? missing the extra toppings we were upcharged for. "Ultimate" should mean more than 2.4 pieces of pepperoni per slice. }:/ Also ordered wings- garlic parm and plain. The plain is the way to go. Anything sauced makes the wings drippy and rubbery. Gross. Go to Pizza Hut. read more

Terrible leadership at this location Jacob the general manager of this store was rude, arrogant and should not be in the business of customer service. I urge dominos to consider who they choose to lead their stores as I am positive they would be disgusted with how he spoke to us. An issue that arose because of his staff members became our problem and he refused to even listen to us and kept interrupting. When you chose a position in leadership you chose to deal with these issues. Clearly, he either has no leadership experience or training OR he's just incompetent at his job. I would not recommend doing business here especially for large party's as you'll likely have to deal with him. Jacob if you see this I urge you to consider a different career path that does not include customer service! So beyond annoyed. For the past 2 weeks it won't let me order anything on the app. So today I decided to try using my husband's. It gave me the same error. So I called Dominos a minute after they "closed" and he answer it like usual. Didn't say he was closed. I told him what was going on and he got an attitude. Well don't act like you aren't closed. Just right off the bat say you're closed. I will be complaining in the morning as well. Just because he was extremely unprofessional about the way he could've handled this. And he kept interrupting me saying we're closed after I tried to explain to him about the app not working for me at all. Because it said "contact the store if the error occurs so they can fix it." Just all around pissed. Like you telling me "you had all day to order pizza." But you have no idea what the customer on the other end is dealing with. Plus it says they're open until 12am. So if they're closing there store early they should also change the hours online and on the phone menu. read more

I don't know why people are writing Such bad reviews about this pizza place but I would have to say that this is very good place. They have many varieties or different pizzas. The one pizza that are usually do is pizza with pineapples it's called Hawaiian pizza with white sauce with extra pineapples I know that a lot of people don't like pineapple pizza however that is my favorite. I would highly suggest to come and visit this place you will not regret it. Of course the pizza takes long to prepare and if people like to eat frozen pizza they can go to some other place but in this place they cook pizza they put their work and heart in it. I would highly recommend you to come here and try their pizza. It's OK that Pizza takes long to prepare however you will eat some delicious stuff. read more

This was the 1st time going to domino's in Northfield. I have not been to a domino's in probably 6 or 7 years. My pizza was awesome! And the price with the coupon online was incredible. What a deal! And curbside pick up. I have had a sad and hard week. I haven't been eating well. I haven't been remembering to eat. And this pizza was not only delicious and hot it really helped me feel better. I ordered 36 pizzas for my wedding and THE DAY BEFORE (after it was approved by two of his employees) he explained that he could not deliver it there. The online app told me the pizza was done and out for delivery - 45 minutes later I called the store to be told it was sitting on the shelf for "I have no idea how long" and she left me hanging on the phone when they started screaming at each other. Apparently this is because that they have been busy all day...I think it's because they have no idea how to run a business. I don't want food that just gets left on shelves so I told them to forget it. EDIT: I do appreciate a business that takes feedback seriously. I received a call from the manager who kindly offered to rectify the situation and apologized for the slip in service. Did the app for pickup and I got there 19 mins after my order and they hadn't even put it in the oven with like 5 workers there. Keep in mind they usually have it done cooking about 12-15 minutes after u place your order on the app usually with like 2 workers there. It was like 1110 am not like it was noon. I don't have time to wait I'm a busy guy I have places to b things I have things I gotta get done. I hate that pay thing they have the first thing it asks is do u wanna tip. I hadn't eaten Domino's in years, but gave it a try. It was awful. Their delivery service and app are great, but the food is just terrible.

Every single time I go in there the make table is always open and a total mess, even when it's not busy at all. The staff is pretty forgetful for the most part, and when they make mistakes, they generally don't apologize. I usually just get a confused look what screams it wasn't my fault it was yours. I've experienced three drivers from them so far, and two of them are great, but one of them just doesn't seem to care at all, and you can tell would rather be somewhere else. After the last few experiences I've had with them, I'll stick to whatever else is in Northfield for pizza, regardless of if it's better or not. read more
