We were in a hurry, so I did not notice that only three of the five medications were filled. The pain meds and the blood thinner were missing. After I got home, I noticed that they were omitted. When I called about it, I was told, Yeah, we were out of them. I said I was frustrated that I was not informed at the time. I was then told that it was partially my fault, as I did not say I needed five meds. Mind you, I was just out of surgery and very foggy.

After getting the prescription 45 mins before. They said they didn't set the time for the safe. I mean if you get a prescription faxed why wouldn't you just fill it and do what you need to in order to fill it. I.e. setting the safe.
