There is a nice coffee/Tv area, 2 lunch passes and an efficient cafeteria. Each of the staff took time to explain the process, equipment and what to expect. Fantastic service!! I've been here twice now for my pregnancy, and each time it's been great…read more Good: - Quick! Both times I've been in and out in under 30 minutes. They respect my time, and if I have an appointment at a certain time, I'm called back at that time. I really appreciate that, and according to the receptionist, all of the doctors are like that. - Patient! I often bring up several issues and questions, and Dr. Dixon listens to each one patiently and responds. She's very understanding, and I never feel rushed. - Easy to schedule appts! They are always available when I want an appointment. And they're flexible too. Plus they called me two days in advance to remind me about my appointments. - Freebies! They give away these hand sanitizer pens and bandwidth sets at the reception desk. - Clean and modern! The office is up-to-date and always very clean. I feel like I'm in a new office that is regularly maintained and kept up to high standards. Bad: - For pregnant women, you always want the person delivering your baby to be the doctor you've seen throughout the whole pregnancy. This is a group of doctors, so if I go into labor in the middle of the night, then it'll be whichever of the four doctors is on call that night, not necessarily mine. Also, my obgyn is on vacation the week I'm due, which means I'll probably be delivering under another doctor's care, which I don't like especially because I chose this doctor for her high caliber resume. But, that's actually very common, so it's not surprising. Overall, this place is great and I can't recommend it high enough.

I can't help but give this place 5 stars. It's been a godsend to my very, very picky mother. She…read morewants nothing but the best and is able to find fault with anything, but here she is hard-pressed to find reasons to gripe. Their advertising and presence on the internet is pretty much spot-on. Gorgeous place with wonderful amenities at a price that is amazingly affordable for the level of luxury. But my main rave is the staff. Haven't found one who doesn't seem to really enjoy their job and be willing to go very far out of their way to be of help. Amazing! My mother has one gripe--the food. They are served 3 meals a day restaurant style in lovely surroundings, but with only one choice. My mother says the grade of meat they serve is not up to her (very high) standards. I don't know if this is true, but coming from a vegetarian with very peculiar eating habits, I take that with a grain of salt. The meals I've enjoyed there are always great. With a library, in-house piano recitals, well-appointed apartment units and livelier than expected residents, this place is tough to fault on any level. I hope and trust that is they pay their employees as much as they possibly can and that their lowest wage meets the $15/hour non-poverty requirement!

Pete's Chiropractic is by far the BEST chiropractic experience I have EVER had! As a chiropractor,…read morePete himself is very knowledgeable and approachable. He will give you clear explanations on how to maximize your spinal health without pushing unnecessary treatments. He is always very professional and ensures that each spinal adjustment is done with care. He never rushes through an adjustment! At other chiropractic places, if I really needed an adjustment, I would have to wait over a week to get in! Not with Pete! I appreciate the fact that I NEVER have to make an appointment! After my first visit I could walk into his office during his hours and get adjusted. This was great for me since my schedule gets a little crazy and I can't always schedule my adjustments. It's so great I can walk in when I need it and Pete will be ready within a few minutes. Another great thing is that Petes is also super affordable and has a great membership program and student program! My previous chiropractor would charge me $65 in copay for my insurance per visit and then almost another $30 dollars after my insurance went through. Then they tried to tell me it was "saving me money." At Pete's since I am a student, I get a really affordable rate that fits with my budget! Once I graduate in May, I still plan on going to Pete's because he will still be the most knowledgeable, most professional, and most affordable affordable option. If what I have already written doesn't convince you, I drive 20 minutes out of my way to go see Pete each time I need an adjustment. That is how awesome Pete's Chiropractic is!

I have nothing good to say about this place. My Grandmother was there for three weeks. Her second…read moreday there she was told by another individual, "It's easy to get in but it's hard to leave." No truer words have ever been spoken! The nurses took horrible care of my Grandmother... they were rude to her, told her she was too much trouble. She sent her laundry to get cleaned and they never returned it. They also violated her confidentiality TWICE!!!! That is completely illegal and unethical. The week before her scheduled discharge, the facility actually called my mother and told her my Grandmother did not want to return home which was a LIE! My Grandmother couldn't wait to leave this horrible place. The day of her discharge, because she did not "follow her discharge plan" (direct quote from the Facility Administrator - Jill Acosta - who is horrible!) they discharged her AMA (Against Medical Advice) and discharged her WITHOUT any of her medications. Side note - She always told the facility she was never going to stay and her plan was to return home. So they are also falsifying medical records. My Grandmother was in this place for a severe eye infection and she has a heart condition. They put her in GRAVE danger. It's illegal to discharge her without medications. I called Jill Acosta, who now refuses to return any of my phone calls, and she blatantly lied to me on the phone about the discharge plan and not following it. The only thing I can think of is that this horrible place gets kick backs from other facilities which is AGAINST THE LAW!!!! Stark Law. Whatever you do--- DO NOT GO HERE! I wouldn't send my worst enemy here.

I only heard about bad things from this place. But the reality is, there are those people who do…read morenot serve others (elders) right. Some people only take the job because they do not have other job options. Some have the job simply because they need experience in health care. Some take this position BECAUSE they do have the passion to serve and to care for others at the same time seeking and exploring experiences as to aid their future career path. That's me! I worked in this facility for one summer (summer of 2015). I serve my residents regardless of their situations. I had great experiences with my residents and co-workers. we went through hard time and good time together. I made friends and lost along the way. Trust me, nursing home work is not as easy as many think. It is not only physically hard, we are mentally drained from emotionally dealt with unimaginable things happen in the nursing home: from co-workers conflict to residents behaviors to residents death! But that is not an excuse for many workers to serve residents by behaving toward them as if they are less then human. When I worked there, everyone I served, I served them as if they were my parents. I served them the way I wanted to be served when it is my time in the place they are. And that is how every health care worker should do. But again, there are some people out there doing the work they do because they have no other options. But those people and their negative contribution to health care system should not be generalized to other workers, such as me and many others who work from their heart along with their hands.
