We were in a hurry, so I did not notice that only three of the five medications were filled. The pain meds and the blood thinner were missing. After I got home, I noticed that they were omitted. I was then told that it was partially my fault, as I did not say I needed five meds. Mind you, I was just out of surgery and very foggy.
