Sat for 10 min. One of the workers says Michelle is running late and it will be a little bit. Gets me water. 45 minutes later still no one speaks to me two stylist go to the back for a break while I'm still waiting. Finally I interrupt a stylist to tell her I am not waiting anymore and I do not want to be charged for a cut I did not get. She just looks at me. I walk out. I have been going there for years but never again. Terrible customer service.

Kristie, Liz and Sloane were wonderful to be around (so cheerful!) and Kelsey, the owner, runs a very professional shop. There is a contract, and for a small fee they will rent out their salon (so your bridal party can get ready privately) or go somewhere else (they came to our church to do hair and makeup on site). Not only were they early (!) for our day, they did everything efficiently without at all rushing their work. They honored each person's style and did an excellent job- from the Mother-of-the-Bride to the young Flower Girls. I was very impressed with the process, and the end results!

She didn't use a top coat, and my polish slid off, even after she fixed it, there's still a spot missing. I also asked to use the restroom and it was down a long dark hallway, cluttered with odds and ends and the bathroom door is just open, so you do your business with the hope of no one coming down the hall. Maybe I am just used to the big city life, but this place could use some improvement. Otherwise, they were very nice and accommodating. Edit: Make sure your bring cash or check, as they do not take cards and it is NOT posted. I had to walk 5 blocks to find an ATM.

We left without our pedicures and we're so disappointed. This was supposed to be a fun girls weekend. I told the lady that if she would have given us a different time or told us she could not get us in we could have gone somewhere else or come earlier. The other concern that I had was with cleanliness. I am guessing she was gonna turn around and use the tools on us since she was washing in sink. If I am not mistaken those are supposed to be soaked overnight in chemicals. She had all kinds of used towels and clutter all over. I will not recommend or ever go back again too bad there isn't another nail place close.
