Sat for 10 min. One of the workers says Michelle is running late and it will be a little bit. Gets me water. 45 minutes later still no one speaks to me two stylist go to the back for a break while I'm still waiting. Finally I interrupt a stylist to tell her I am not waiting anymore and I do not want to be charged for a cut I did not get. She just looks at me. I walk out. Kristie, Liz and Sloane were wonderful to be around (so cheerful!) and Kelsey, the owner, runs a very professional shop. There is a contract, and for a small fee they will rent out their salon (so your bridal party can get ready privately) or go somewhere else (they came to our church to do hair and makeup on site). Not only were they early (!) for our day, they did everything efficiently without at all rushing their work. I will not be going there for my nails again. 1 day after getting them done, I am having to pay to have them fixed. The dip is peeling off. For the price you pay, they shouldn't be doing that especially 24 hours after having them done. The salon as a whole feels very welcoming. It's just a cute little place. The overall vibe was great!!! I would try any other service there.
