When I got to the gate the attendant told me they were only doing the 15$ and 20$ car wash because they ran out of soap and they wouldn't get anymore until Monday, therefore I couldn't get the 7$ car wash. First red flag, didn't make sense but I ended up paying for it as a line had formed behind me and getting out was going to be impossible. Once I got out of the car wash I went to the vacuum station to dry off any water marks, all towels were dirty and there was only 5 towels in the bucket. Managed to find a semi clean one until I notice the paint to my car was COMPLETELY PEELED OFF! NOT ONLY IN ONE PLACE BUT TWO PLACES!! My car paint is taken care of and my paint was NOT LIKE THIS before entering this shittyyy car wash! If I could I would give this a Zero. Called my bf and he told me he used to go to this car wash too until it fucked up his paint too. BEWARE, horrible car wash. Wouldn't recommend this car wash even to my worst enemy!

If it wasn't for the terrible [new] attendant I had the displeasure of experiencing today, I…read morewould've given this location five stars. This one is my go-to because of the location and each time I go they give you their brightest smiles when they greet you as you pull up. Note: if you've ever stopped your unlimited passes, you'd know smiling is part of the company's mandatory services. I appreciate the attendants looking over the car too (even when it's 115 degrees F) and spraying the majority of sap, poop, and dust spots. Now for my one complaint. TL;DR hyperfocused attendant does not know when to stop the car wash despite a foreseeable mistake like an open car window [that was unmistakably malfunctioning]. Maybe she's new because I'd never seen this middle-aged woman before, but please pardon me for saying she had no sense - or maybe she's seen too many absurd TikToks that nothing fazes her anymore. Today, I drove my husband's car not knowing the mechanics of one of the rear windows malfunctions. Doing what I always do, I made sure the windows were all rolled up, but the malfunctioning window automatically rolled down. This new attendant sees this, continues to spray the car down (so I got a little wet too), and allows the conveyor belt to keep moving the car along...so what do I do? I put my foot on the brake. She then proceeds to yell "Put the car in neutral" as she sees the windows continue to roll up and down multiple times. I repeat, the window doesn't work properly and I'm trying to not get water, soap, and the brushes inside the car by gingerly fussing with the window button. After yelling about five times, likely thinking I'm not listening, and the car behind me is now also on the conveyor belt ready to hit my bumper, she presses the button to stop the wash. Did she finally hear me say "I'm trying to close the window" before she gave an exasperated look then pressed the button? I'm unsure. Was I embarrassed? Yes. Did I expect her to pay attention to obvious details like an open window - malfunctioning or not? Absolutely. I hope she learned from this mishap many, many things. What did I learn from this? Just look at the windows to see if they're all rolled up.

This past Saturday, my daughter and I stopped by for our wash. Anastasia was such a sweetheart! She got us checked in and off we went. Half way through the tunnel, we heard a loud POP! I look over to my right, and my mirror is smashed. The arm was on a mission to take it off. Once we were out, we pulled into a stall and spoke with Anastasia again. The manager wanted nothing to do with me. He didn't even bother to come out and look or even express an apology for his machine damaging my car. I was informed that they'd do an investigation and call me 3-4 business days later. Understanding they're busy, I did call Monday as I cannot legally drive my car. No response. So, I filed an insurance claim. While waiting for a response, I researched their policy. Apparently, they don't cover damage to vehicles over 5 years old and after market parts. My car is 10 years old and this is the factory mirror. Still waiting for a response. While on the call with my insurance, I was told that Quick Quack has more claims than other car washes. For the $21.99 I've been paying monthly, I'm discovering cheaper is not better. There are plenty of other car wash places that are comparable. So take my word of caution and DO NOT VISIT HERE.
