I used to have a monthly membership, but didn't keep it long as wasn't using it all that much. Went in March for a wash. The guy of course saw I still had my membership sticker. He asked about it, as they had a special on the membership. Informed him was no longer active. So of course here comes the sale pitch. It would be nice to be able to pay for the wash, without having a an employee/sales person in your face. I was told they had a special for the platinum wash, which was normally $37, for only $22. He could get my membership active again and be set. After asking specific questions, I was told it was $22 a month for the platinum wash. This was a set price for the membership going forward. Again, I then asked that it was always going to be $22 going forward each month. Was also told I'd get 50% off any detailing services if I was at a location that did it. I agree, get my wash. Didn't really see any difference in than a regular wash. Look at my bank account in the beginning of April. What was I charged?? $37 a month, not $22 like I was informed. So I was outright lied to from the employee at that location. Signed into my membership, to dispute the charge. Took me 2 emails, as I never heard anything a week or so after the first sent. Did this time, course I also gave them a time limit. Informing them I'd report it as fraud to bank and fraud against the company. Got a response and they did refund me as I requested and canceled my membership as requested. What I found interesting is when you sign into your membership, you can see the dates you went and the wash you received. I did not receive a platinum wash as purchased, but a basic wash. Makes me wonder how many other times before my membership I may have bought a higher wash and received the basic?? Do not recommend going there, unless you want to be lied to, and to not receive the wash you actually paid for. How many others have been lied to and not receive what they paid for? read more

So glad I switched! I used to go to another car wash close by but was referred to Cobblestone and I'm so glad I did! I love this car wash and the location is great. I go probably 5+ times a month so the monthly service price is definitely worth it! I get a great wash every time & the staff is very friendly. read more

Dysart and Indian School. Salesperson asked 6 times if I wanted to buy additional services even though I told him to stop asking. He said it was his job, manager (with beard) came over and when I claimed he was over the top he said that's what we pay him for. Then he said "wanna buy it, wanna buy it, wanna buy it" like a 12 year old. Absolutely horrible customer service, I feel sorry for the people he trains to sell. Done with this location. I went to Indian School and Litchfield put my card in and flew through. No harassment by sales or management. I feel bad for people who can't say no and stand up to bullies like this manager. read more

First time using this car wash. Did shitty job left bird $hit; went back thru to go again. They couldn't figure out the code to override sat for a hot minute, two guys helping were super nice. They were asking for additional management help that finally came. A white dude with beard needs some management 101, fux dude; when someone ask if it will get sprayed off this time no need for you to go sideways with an attitude. Unhappy with the so called female manager there today. I tried getting a wash here 08/11/23 after coming out here since this place opened ive been refused access to get a wash all because there was a bottle in the back of my pickup they wanted me to get off after i asked if they could grab it team member goes ahead for me and after the team member tried to grab it female manager storms out tells the guy to stop and says if i cant get off then to leave. I could understand why and if it was more stuff id get off but also just for a bottle come on now. I went to another cobblestone auto spa they kindly removed the bottle no issues . read more

Forced to select 1star. I say 0 stars. Small Ford Ranger. paid for the top wash. This was absolutely the WORST wash ever! Did not even TOUCH driver door, front fender, middle of hood or back end! When they first opened you got a decent drive through wash. Last few have been lack luster. Today was outright disappointing. Purchased the $16 wash with the "Top Blaster" and some additional "Paint protection" (attendants words not mine) and when I got home I have customer racing stripes down the top. I believe the brush needs maintenance. Before anyone says you get what you pay for. The $6 wash at COSTCO is way better. read more

Deceiving Promotional Offers - Buyer Beware I don't like leaving bad reviews, but felt compelled to do so for the Cobblestone Auto Spa at Dysart and Litchfield Roads because of their misleading promotional tactics. First, I had just previously cancelled my unlimited wash membership as I had been told that for an additional $2.00 more than what I was paying, which was $20.00, I would start receiving the next higher level of wash for $22.00. After about 10 months, I noticed my credit card was being charged $34.00. When I contacted customer service, they informed me that what I had received was a promotional. I shared with them that I was not told it was a promotional for only six months. Then just last week, I went in for one basic car wash. The attendant told me that they had an offer of buy four basic washes and get one free, a ticket for each time you came in. I was under the impression that I would only be charged one basic wash per ticket each time I came in. He took my credit card and when he came back to my car, he told me he gave me a free wash. I ask him why he took my credit card if he gave me a free wash. He proceeded to tell me he charged me for all four washes and charged my credit card $44.00. I told him I would not have purchased the wash book if he had told me that I needed to pay all washes up front. He said the transaction was all on camera. I told him I wanted a refund and he told me to talk to the manager. Immediately I went to the office. The manager ultimately refused to give me a refund, said the transaction was all on camera, and gave me the phone number to customer service. Customer service informed me that they could not refund the wash book costs and that these were the location's responsibility. I was also told by several people when I called, that this car wash location habitually promotes these deceiving tactics. I will never go back to this location again. I am hoping that Cobblestone upper management will make some effort in ensuring that there is proper training for all staff at the Litchfield Park location on Dysart and Camelback Roads, and that they stop their unethical practices of business. read more

First off the staff at this location was very helpful with providing a new scan strip for my windshield. Now the car wash was poor. I go over week so my car is not really dirty. Today when I went to dry off my car I notice my wheel well and tires were still dirty. In fact my car didn't look clean at all. I noticed when driving through the wash that many of the spray nozzles were not spraying and the ones that were working had very low water pressure. I think your wash system needs to serviced. read more

I never write negative reviews on Yelp, but feel obligated this time. I paid $10 for a basic wash. Ran through and my car was still COVERED in water. Though I was in a hurry, I pulled in and used towels to dry my soaked vehicle. When I finished the sides and front, I found that the water/brushes never touched the back and it was still really dirty. At this point, I ran over to the office to ask for a refund and was told "sorry...you can run it through again". In the grand scheme, not the end of the world, but this was a $2 wash for a $10 price. I mean I see all these bad reviews. Each there own. I got a new truck in the past year and use it for work sometimes. Gets dirty of course. I bought the monthly basic all you can wash pass or whatever it's called. For the price think it was $15 for 3 months and now $20 can't complain. Is it perfect no, but it gets the job done for the most part. Never had issues with anyone always seem friendly. Personally I never go to the one on Indian School and Litchfield (near the Walgreens) cause let's just say they aren't as friendly. Always trying to sell you something to. I wish they had a zero star rating they first off made me go through and didn't run any of the brushes then the second time they sent me through did not run the top brushes so they didn't even wash off the water spots from the rain the night before no way I would ever waste my money on this place again please go somewhere else read more

I usually go to another location but every time I come to this one, it's always something. Today, I sat behind some woman who's car was already wet and she was blocking the lane and the one attendant I guess was trying to help her but after the line got backed up pretty far as we were all waiting on grandmother time to figure her damn life out- the attendant made a motion for the cars to get in the other lanes. The assmunch in the very back who spent the least amount of time waiting for this woman raced up to the front, as clearly he was the most important person there. And was of course allowed to go first. I'm sick of this location, the others seem to be fine but coming here is only recommended if you have low blood pressure because it will surely skyrocket in about 20 seconds. read more

I spoke with a manager who said she will review the tape and call me back and she has her to return my call I have called and left several message and no one has returned my call. I was happy when I first saw this car wash was opening and signed up for a membership. Since then it's the biggest pain to go there...If you have a truck the machine won't scan your sticker so then you have to wait and wait and wait for someone to slowly walk out as the line backs up...Then when you get to the actually car wash nobody knows how to communicate and they just stand there...If you try and call to cancel you'll never get through so you end up wasting time all around. I'd rather drive 10 more min and not deal with it then ever going back...What would make sense is to have someone monitoring the entrance or at least have workers that don't move like they just got out of bed and you're inconveniencing them by showing up...if and when I ever get through to cancel I'll never get a membership there again. read more
