If you need carpet, upholstery, or janitorial services done right, Domingos is the way to go. Highly recommend!

In the two years I have had this company cleaning my home every three weeks, I never once…read morecomplained--until last week, when my house was still dirty. You can see from the picture of my toilet (mind you, I have three that all looked like this) that I am not just saying this. They did not clean my home well. Up until last week, this only happened once, and that time, I just cleaned after they left and let it be since the owner said she was overwhelmed with work and had so many clients that she was stressed over it. I have always paid her over what I was quoted, $200 for 1.5 hours, and again, I only complained last week. I have a right to complain if someone leaves my house like this! So, I sent photos about this issue only to be responded to in the most unprofessional and threatening manner! There was no apology; they stated they were too busy to accommodate me. We are sorry we cannot make you happy. Do you see my toilet? It is not hard to see why I was not satisfied. I am beside myself with how they treated me. They were unapologetic and nasty, and I felt threatened by her son, who wrote me the text. I do not recommend this company. If you read other reviews you'll find when you complain they send that same text.

I run a vacation rental business, which includes two popular higher-end homes in the Monterey area,…read moreand have been utilizing OE's services for over 7 months now. I've worked with a few housekeeping services, and OE is definitely the best. I don't think it would be possible to find a better company. They are very responsive, honest, flexible and eager to help with popup requests outside the scope of housekeeping, and best of all upfront and communicative about what they can & can't do (unlike other people that say they can do something but end up taking on more than they can handle and failing). They really are crucial to making our business look good; we've only had rave reviews for cleanliness from our guests, never a negative comment. I would highly recommend them for both deep cleaning and recurring housekeeping services, they're very dependable and you get more than you pay for when considering how much of your precious time it would take to do as good a job yourself. I only wish they serviced other parts of CA too :)

Working with the sales team was super easy (LOVE that they are willing to text instead of insisting on a call, it makes managing things while busy with the rest of life so nice.) Cut to window-wash day. Y'all, I cannot tell you HOW amazing Carter is. We tell anyone and everyone to please call before you come so we can lock up our not-super-friendly cat, and to date, Carter is the ONLY person to ever actually do this. Aside from having amazing communication, Carter did a fantastic job. Our windows look amazing, and the amount of time he spent made the cost feel extremely reasonable. Also, he just seems like an amazingly nice human, and we were super comfortable having him in our home. While I may have had initial sticker shock at the estimate, I can tell you, Primeshine is worth EVERY penny. Also, to the Primeshine team- Carter is representing your company so well!

Wanda is a highly responsive business owner and very easy to work with. Our cleaners Ingrid and…read moreAlicia are on time and ready to work every visit. I judge house cleaning services in three ways: Quality is #1 and the excellent cleaning with these ladies is very consistent. Attention to detail is #2 and Ingrid has it. She will address small special requests and gets to know your requirements. #3 is price. You could pay more and certainly pay less for cleaning services, and I've done both. Wanda charges a price right in the middle and her cleaners still deliver a high-quality consistent cleaning service. We trust our cleaners so much that we allow them to clean our home even if we're not there. Anytime I've had any concerns with scheduling, or wanted to add additional services, Wanda has been there. In the two years we've been with Always Home Services we've never had a bad experience. I'm the two strikes and you're out kind of customer, but with Ingrid and Alicia we are going on two years bi-weekly!
