The food was very good and very fresh! You can tell chef wolf takes pride in what comes out of the kitchen! We even asked to meet him (my husband is a chef and rarely does that). I wish I would have gotten our servers name...she was so sweet and personable (she makes the staff snickerdoodle cookies!)We went back because the food and service was some of the best. The ambiance is great as it is right on the water! Definitely worth a visit!!

We are so impressed by this little water front spot. The menu is fantastic, staff so accommodating, great breeze and views, and drinks (smoked old fashioned with your choice of whiskey, chips, and bitters for $3 over the shot price) are all incredible. Puts some of the Port A and Padre Island spots to shame!

Seared Tuna with kimchi fried rice

Hands best dinner around! Table if 6 all had something different. Great food, service and atmosphere! Seared Tuna with kimchi fried rice was amazing!

Lovely Marina to look at while the Moon comes out!

First time we ate at Coasters won't be the last! Chicken Tortilla Soup, Shrimp Scampi, Blackened Redfish with Risotto, and Fisherman's Platter for dinner with Crème Brûlée to finish. Excellent flavors and generous portions. Service was fantastic. If you go ask for Avery. She took good care of us with a great personality too! The patio was clean and the grounds were nice. Pretty views of Conn Harbor Channel.

Picked up dinner tonight from Coasters. Dang, what a treat. Both of our plates were huge AND delicious. Super nice young lady answered the phone when we placed our order. I'm excited to try dining in!

So good! I got the Build Your Own Po Boy (fried catch of the day) and my husband got the Seared Tuna. We really enjoyed the lunch after a full morning of fishing. Great service and clean!

Buffalo Chicken Sandwich at the bar -

The food was excellent! I had the Buffalo Chicken Sandwich - The Best! Had just a right amount of their homemade "wing sauce" - as good as they said it would be if not better! Had the best crispy fries to go with it.

Butter Churn If…read moreyou're anywhere near Aransas Pass and you haven't eaten at Butter Churn, you're flat-out missing out. From the moment you walk in, you can feel it -- this isn't some corporate chain going through the motions. This place is dialed in. It is probably one of the most put-together restaurants I've ever had the privilege of visiting. Every detail feels intentional. Clean lines, modern touches, spotless floors, organized buffet, upbeat energy -- they hit every mark. The décor has personality without being overdone. It feels like a true family restaurant -- warm, authentic, and welcoming -- but with a level of polish most places never achieve. The service? Exceptional. Real smiles. Real hospitality. You're not just another table. You feel seen and taken care of. Now let's talk about the brisket. Unbelievable. I had to ask how they were doing it, and Mark was more than happy to walk me through his process. When brisket is smoked low and slow -- and they smoke theirs for 20 hours -- here's what happens: * The visible fat cap mostly renders down. * The intramuscular fat melts. * Collagen breaks down into gelatin. * The melted fat soaks deep into the meat fibers. So by the time it hits your plate? You don't see fat. You taste rendered fat and gelatin inside the meat. For $14 all-you-can-eat lunch, I kept waiting for the catch. There isn't one. I probably ate close to a pound and a half of brisket myself and still wanted more. Tender, perfectly seasoned, smoky without being overpowering -- the kind of brisket that makes you stop mid-bite and just nod your head because you know you found something special. You walk out wondering how they're not charging double. Everything about this place reflects pride -- pride in the food, pride in the service, pride in the entire experience. It's consistent. It's clean. It's efficient. And that kind of consistency is rare. This is only my second five-star rating ever. That's how serious I am about it. I apologize for not getting a picture of the brisket, I got too carried away with eating it. I live in Corpus Christi, and honestly, that's probably a good thing. If I lived any closer, I'd be there every single day. If you want authentic, high-quality food served by people who genuinely care about what they're doing -- Butter Churn is it. Five stars. No hesitation.

The salad bar is off the chain...anything you could want! The service was awesome, we definitely felt checked on but not in a bad way. It's a cute place that appears to have crowds at every meal.

The atmosphere was nice, quiet, and very clean. The lunch menu was somewhat limited but still offered a good variety of options. We started with the shrimp cocktail. Six shrimp served on a bed of ice with a tangy cocktail sauce. It was fresh and flavorful. I ordered the poke bowl, which was absolutely delicious. My husband's lobster roll was warm, buttery, and generously portioned. Overall the food was tasty and the service was great. We'll definitely be back!

He was also very gracious in helping us when our food was a disappointment. I started with a cup of the lobster bisque and I am so glad that I did because it was DELICIOUS! I don't want to know how much butter went into the process, the perfect amount for maximum flavor for sure, so let's just go with that. Then we ordered the pear salad and shrimp and scallops. This is where it took a turn. The portion on the salad was not shareable, not even a full dinner portion for one. The presentation of the shrimp and scallops was lovely, but the shrimp and scallops themselves had ZERO seasoning or flavor. Not cooked with butter, not even salt or pepper. The only flavor came from the ginger carrot coulis which was nice but very gingery. The risotto was cold. Very cold. The only redeemer on the plate was the sautéed kale which had a lovely flavor and was nice and warm. I ultimately sent the main back and got a bowl of the bisque, which again-was a delight. Big hunks of lobster meat and creamy. Would go back for drinks and the bisque, but would not waste time on entrees.
