This morning, I was told by the Manager: "...you are just a tenant and you think that you are more important than you are...", then hung up the phone and refused to answer when I called back. On Saturday, January 24, the Manager allowed a tenant to block all of the aisles that led from the entry door through 2 more aisles for several hours. It was impossible for any tenant to get in or out of the building with anything. In fact, the Manager allowed the tenant to block aisles for other tenants to get to their goods. 3 other tenants were equally upset with not being able to get in or out. I spoke out and asked, then demanded, that the aisle be cleared for other tenants to access their units. I called on Sunday, January 25 to complain to the Owner about the situation and the Manager's position. Same Manager, as she represents herself, answered the phone and informed me of how unimportant tenants are to the Owners. The entire situation occurred, because the Manager waived the rules for 1 unimportant tenant in prejudice to other unimportant tenants. It is expensive and not worth it.

Not only did she deftly offer me options that were within my range, her service was swift, efficient, and friendly. It is incredibly evident she is proficient and skilled at her job. I got locked out and hired a locksmith on a Friday so I needed a new lock. By the time I accessed my unit the next day, there were already signs of a break in. Not only that, but Wendy is being very uncooperative about providing me with recent date and time logs when my access code was used to get into the building. This My access code was used after hours in December when I didn't pay for that feature until January, so how was someone able to do that? She told me that I could't have 24 hour access and didn't give me a reason. Now she is evicting me even though my rent is paid on time. She said it was because of too many problems. I have it figured out. My next letter is to corporate so I can tell them exactly how you operate and why you need to get fired.

It may not seem like a lot, but it does make a difference. I have also seen rat feces and had to ask for bait. We have another storage unit in another facility and it's been over a year with no rent increase. I could see raising prices once a year but every six months.
