It took us minutes to select our respective meals, but at the end of the day, we were ready. For my order, I selected a dinner size plate of beef brisket with a side of fried pickles. All was quite delicious. The brisket was cooked perfectly and went well with both BBQ sauces from Scoot's. And I liked their fried pickles were actually small spears. Fried and not too much sodium.
