This was our first visit with Dr. Afshid Roozrokh for my 3-month-old daughter, and I was so impressed! From the moment she walked in, she created such a warm and welcoming atmosphere. She was very interactive with my baby, making her laugh throughout the appointment, and I could tell she genuinely connected with her. Not only did she take her time checking on my baby, but she also checked on me as a new mom, which meant so much. She truly comes across as a sweetheart who cares deeply about her patients and families. The office itself is very clean, which is always reassuring. The only thing that left me a little disappointed was the front desk experience. The receptionist didn't seem very friendly or welcoming -- no smile or acknowledgment when we walked in, which feels especially important in a pediatric office. It may have just been an off day, but first impressions matter. That said, Dr. Roozrokh was absolutely fantastic, and because of her, we will definitely be coming back. I visited my boys' clinic today and received absolutely unacceptable service. I want to leave a very honest and direct review about what happened: I was 7 minutes late, and an employee named Gennet decided to inform me that she "didn't know when" we would be seen and that it would be between other patients. All of this while I was waiting outside with two kids under the age of two. Seven minutes late -- that's it. What about all the other times I waited over 30 minutes past my appointment time? Why was I never informed then? Then another nurse, with an attitude that's completely inappropriate for a pediatric clinic, decided not to come check my son for a long time -- simply because I hadn't taken off his clothes. if that was required, why not simply walk in and ask me politely? Only when the doctor asked why I was thinking of leaving did the nurse jump in to say she didn't come earlier because I didn't take his clothes off. On the positive side, Dr. Avshid is absolutely incredible -- truly one of the kindest and most professional doctors out there. But there are a few staff members who clearly should not be working in a children's clinic. Their lack of patience, attitude, and complete absence of warmth make the experience extremely unpleasant for parents and kids. read more

We have been bringing our 3 kids since birth to this office and my oldest is now 17 years old. They were under the care of Dr Karine Mouradian and now they see CFNP Afshid Roozrokh after Dr Mouradian relocated. All I can say is that we are impressed how caring, loving and knowledgeable Afshid is. She takes her time listening to the patient's concerns and guide them in a simple and caring way to the solution. She is very compassionate and professional. Costal kids is amazing we have been using them the last 4 years and I have two boys. Afshid Roozrokh is the best pediatrician hands down!!! She takes the time and patience to answer all of your questions and helps you with everything that needs to be done. She is quick and very kind and patient. Absolutely unbelievable... on top of the copay to see the Dr. parking is $2 for each 20 minutes... has anyone been to the Dr office lately? They make you wait like an hour just to even see the Dr... and that's with an appointment ‍ so sad but I will be changing pediatricians. If you know that the parking lot charges so much.... Maybe try not having your patients wait so long. read more

After my son's appointment today I am unsure if I will be returning. For the SECOND time today, I witnessed people maskless in the doctors office. Not patients but staff. When I expressed my concern to the staff (at the Agoura Hills location), they did not even care that the man was not wearing a mask or offer an apology, on top of that they could not find a mask to give the man. I am appalled at how nonchalant the staff would be when I am bringing my infant inside the office. I strongly recommend you find another allergist office. My son had multiple reactions to the allergy shots given here, to the point he needed an epinephrine injection to avoid a hospital visit. We been coming to the pediatric group for 12 years and 10m, my twins were not even a month old when I walked into the office freaking out and crying because my twins weren't breathing properly and another dr in the same building who was currently seeing them didn't take a second look, gladly they sent me downstairs just to find the most amazing friendly staff, always greet you with a smile. The office is always clean and pretty much you don't wait for long they always try to accommodate you the last minute. Dr. Mouradian was abrasive, had poor bedside manner and was generalized in her counseling and aggressive in her communication. She was not easily approachable. Her office initially cancelled our appointment because they didn't have "enough" patients to be seen. Our long time pediatrician had just retired and they had several weeks to obtain our children's medical recurs prior to our visit but failed to do so and did not inform us prior to the visit. For a new patient visit, especially during a pandemic, it would be important to have the medical records to ensure the minor children receive the appropriate medical care including vaccines. After our appointment, I inquired about written recommendations to ensure both households (we are sewerage) are on the same page. The office manager said, "you don't remember what the doctor said during your visit"? She also stated that Dr. Mouradian felt harassed by this request. When I inquired about safety gate recommendations for our 2 and 3 year old, the office manager advised I look it up online. We went to the Agoura Hills branch and overall a very pleasant first visit/yearly checkup with Dr. Xu. He established good rapport with my teen and answered all of my questions thoroughly. I love this facility. I saw Afshid (NP) for adult allergy concerns and she is the absolute best. She is kind, patient, knowledgeable, resourceful and very caring. I am so lucky I found her. If you leave a message for her, she will return your call the same day. I will start seeing Afshid for other health concerns, as I trust her and really admire her. So over the staff being so rude all the time. This time it was Erika as I was trying to make an appointment after walking out of the consult with my daughter. Courtesy goes a long way but she had none and made it feel like It was an inconvenience to book my next appointment! Dr Mouradian is great but not having a well and sick entrance makes a big difference. My daughter caught hand foot and mouth here, and they force you to check in 20 min before your appointment so there's extra time for kids to catch and spread germs. My second time here I witnessed a receptionist chew out a mom for not having arrived 20 min early! This poor mom had twins and the receptionist scolded her for being 10 min early vs 20! I'd say if you have a choice don't come here. read more

Based on the reviews I expected a lot more from this office. The office looks like it needs a major facelift, walls look dirty, floors look dirty and old and it really isn't the most welcoming practice. On top of that the staff is just plain rude. No one smiles, no one really acknowledges you, pretty much treat you like the next person up in their assembly line of patients. My husband and I, after much research, decided this practice would be best for our newborn. Our initial impression of our doctor was that she was a bit abrasive however very knowledgeable so we would give her a chance. Our first visit with her was in the hospital which was brief and then we came to the office for our first official visit. As new parents you want to feel welcomed and almost taken care of when you enter the doctors office. You already feel very overwhelmed and see the doctor as almost a safe haven. But that was the opposite feeling we got when we entered. The lady at the front desk doesn't even bother to look up from her computer, mid conversation answers the phone without even saying excuse me. Same with the nurse, calls us back tells us to undress our baby and just walks out. It doesn't hurt to ask someone how they are or just say hi. We met with our doctor again, who scolded my husband for asking a question which she stated she already answered. That was enough for us to leave the practice and find a new pediatrician for our baby. Definitely will not be recommending this practice to anyone I know. read more

Dr Karine Mouradian is my son's doctor for 5 years now and my 3-month old daughter. We trust her with my kids health, she has been a very good doctor who always pays attention to what really the kids needs. When I gave birth to my daughter, my OB recommended a pediatric care doctor, who were taking care of my newborn when we are still in the hospital, but we decided to still go with her because of the our very good experience with her, even their clinic is 12miles away we still go to her. And one more thing, she have very good recommendation as well for pediatric Derma, ent and even pediatric cardiologist. And she have a website that's very useful to first time mom like I was 5 years ago! We always recommend Dr Mouradian! read more

I took my kids to dr. Adatto for a few months. I liked everything about the office and staff but not the Dr. My concerns about my kids were brushed off by her if they were not serious enough. like an intchy head or skin discoloration. she is not the kind of Dr who will take the time to explain things to you or educate you. she is kind of dry. (The nurses were great) one night we had an emergency and when we called the urgent # it went to a voice mail. the next day they apologized and said they forgot to transfer the phones. read more

Absolutely one of the BEST! I am a big fan of experienced and seasoned doctors. Dr. Barnhard is one of those doctors. Great care, amazing bedside manner and extremely knowledgeable. The staff is always welcoming, phones are answered with great professionalism, same day accommodation is always available, the office is clean and FUN! (my boys and I play I Spy while looking at the full office mural of under the sea). The most important aspect besides the care provided is that my boys (2-7 years) love Dr. Barnhard, they feel at ease because of how he engages with them. I have been going to this office since I was a child and now both of my daughters are seen here. Dr B is the best and I have seen most of the dr's in the office and they are all wonderful and caring. This office has one of the best and most caring staff. If I have any questions I know I can always call and speak with a nurse and get any questions answered in a few minutes. I cannot say enough about the doctors and the staff. We have been coming here since i had my babies, for almost 8 years now. They have 2 locations, on in Tarzana and one in Agura hills. They do work half a day on Saturdays which saves you a visit to the urgent care in case your child is not feeling well. I was always able to book an appointment for the same day if i needed. Staff is very friendly, Nurse practitioner, Afshid is the sweetest and all doctors are professional, and super friendly to the kids. read more

Review on Dr Greenberg - Beware... most of this guys patients probably have "asthma". This man continuously pushed the drug Adair on my daughter for her allergies. He said her lungs weren't functioning properly and then, after months of using, he claimed my daughter's lung function was worse... and she needed to be using it more regularly. I let him know that I wanted to get a second opinion. He argued with me, and berated me claiming that as an allergist, he knows more that a lung specialist. He also refused to take the time to break down the details and scheduled a separate visit for me and her dad which he charged us and the insurance company for. In that visit, he broke down the science of what was happening in her lungs from a medical standpoint. We left and never looked back. We threw that steroid drug in the trash. Year later, my daughters lungs are fine. No wheezing, no issues. All we've been doing is diffusing essential oils for respiratory health. She has a different doctor now and she has a rescue inhaler only as needed which she uses maybe once every 6 months. This guy is a prime example of a pharmaceutical pusher. I don't care for or trust doctors like this. By the way, this prescription was hundreds of dollars a month. read more

Dr. Frank Xu is the best! I have taken my kids to the Pediatric Group (Agoura Hills location) for over 5 years and think the office staff, MA's, Nurse Practitioners and Doctors are all very knowledgeable, professional and great with kids. I recently brought my newborn to see Dr. Xu on short notice. He is incredibly patient, takes his time, is very knowledgeable and open to questions. He was very gentle with my new baby boy which I appreciated. He also called to check up on how he was doing the next day. I have since taken all 3 of my kids to him several times and each time was a great experience. All of my kids really like him and feel comfortable with him. He is very well educated and trained with the best at Children's Hospital LA, yet remains very humble and down to earth. I am so happy he joined the Pediatric Group. Both my husband and I are medical practitioners (MD/FNP) and we don't often find a doctor that we really like and feel confident recommending. However, we highly recommend Dr. Xu without hesitation. I just hope I will be able to get an appointment next year when he is booked weeks in advance.... he's that good :) read more

Can not say how grateful we are for the care we receive here. My friends that go here feel the same way. They take time, answer questions, look at development. I always feel heard. We get an appointment when we need one and our wait time is reasonable. We are truly lucky to have found them.
