Hostess not super welcoming seemed to be in a state of constant anxiety. Restaurant maybe half full? 18 minutes in no water no staff had been to our table. I went to say something and ran into the waiter who was coming to greet us. Apologized for the delay which was nice. Ordered drinks including a black coffee and water. Got the coffee 35 minutes after arrival. Water about 25 minutes in. Forgot our kids juice. Our food arrived an HOUR after our reservation. We had a 4 year old so not great but the weather was nice and we all left full. But guys the service need HELP!

He apologized and said if it wasn't ready soon, he'd stare at the bartender until it was made. Keep in mind, we were sitting at a high top across from the bar. While I was waiting for my drink, I saw one of the two bartenders come from the bar and take an order at the table that sat a good 10 minutes after us. Note, still no drink. Fast forward to the food. It was great! Everything was prepared well and tasted great. Oh, and yes my drink finally arrived. My biggest issue with this place is the credit card fee. I understand seeing this in some places, but when you charge $36 bucks for a double shot of bourbon, there shouldn't be an additional fee applied! To be fair to the server, he did stay on top of things, once we received everything, and he was a nice guy.

Our waiter was also busing tables and doing everything by himself. Our food came an hour and a half after we got there. it is not awesome. When 100% of the table talk is about how bad the restaurant is. If anybody at this restaurant that works, there is reading this review, I invite you to look at all my other reviews. I have done hundreds of reviews and given very very, very very few one star reviews. You basically have to work really hard to get one star for me. Mission accomplished. Also, my steak which was requested, medium came well done I will say our waiter was a nice guy. To add insult to injury, I think they put everyone with small kids together with us and we had small kids running around our table like we were at the playground. High-pitched screaming, and nobody did anything. My suggestion would be to turn the place into our nursery and don't serve food
