As someone afflicted with Celiac, finding good gluten-free fried seafood is SUCH a rarity. Everything we ordered was phenomenal. She halved it for us as we were sharing, and it's a good thing we did because it was a huge portion. Mine had a cute little Marigold on top and his featured a little orchid. How did she know they were both so reflective of who we are?! Oh my goodness I almost forgot, we had blueberry coleslaw... Have you ever had blueberry coleslaw? They mainly have tacos and sandwiches/tortas. You're well advised to call and order ahead for popular times (weekend dinner time in the summer), but otherwise you can just drop by and order to takeout or eat in their small but comfortable bar area, where they sometimes have live music during the summertime. My family likes the pulled pork and beef tacos, I like the shrimp, salmon and Baja fish tacos, always with fresh pico de gallo and other toppings. My vegetarian wife has enjoyed the squash tacos. Recently I discovered the absolutely delicious haddock torta--they also have a brisket torta. This absolute gem has been known and loved by locals for years and I'm posting so the broader Yelp community can enjoy it. It's fabulous.
