Definitely everyone's favorite so far. We all want to go back and try their hotdogs and pull pork dishes. Looking forward to the return. Hats off to this food truck - whatever you are doing, keep up the excellent work!!

I've been on a mission to find the best lobster rolls in Maine. Sadly, this is not it. I was…read morereally disappointed. Not much lobster for the price (again, this has been a continually mission for me - I know the average price and what I typically get for it). I didn't like lettuce in the bottom of the roll. It was thin and my roll was cold. The onion rings were cooked perfectly. They were great. Staff was friendly. The kids' crab rolls looked good and the boys were happy with them. I was a little jealous to be honest. My son said his clam basket was delicious. He was thrilled. This is a food truck - which is absolutely fine, and fun. It's in a parking lot so zero ambiance. Again, okay. That's not why we came. But just so you're aware.

We spoke to so many catering managers and Rollin Smoke had the best prices by almost $1000. There were no issues with them. They even paused their prep because my bridal party had to walk through and their staff were all VERY respectful. Our experienced coordinators told us the Rollin Smoke staff were great, which is a high compliment! 2 of my family members did say they had a dry piece of chicken, but everyone else spoke highly, so it may have been a fluke in consistency. The potato salad and corn bread were INCREDIBLE. The vegetarian option was a hit among our vegetarian crowd. I tried some and it was good and reminded me of artichoke hearts. They left our venue super clean and even helped with a little bussing which was above and beyond what we hired them for. If we have another event in the future, I would hire them in a heartbeat!

As tourists who have been around the culinary world in the back of the house for a while, we had decided to do a lobster roll tour. Pulled a list off the web and this place was rated 9th, still a high honor considering the number of joints that are in this state! We all agreed that it was the best of all we tried and it was right after we ate at #2. Number one was too far for this trip lol. Great job gang!

It's literally a food truck on the side of the road, but she has cute little picnic tables and her restaurant is set up to truly reflect Lobster week. We ordered a lobster roll to share, and she included some fried lobster and her lobster bisque to accompany it. She halved it for us as we were sharing, and it's a good thing we did because it was a huge portion. Mine had a cute little Marigold on top and his featured a little orchid. How did she know they were both so reflective of who we are?! Oh my goodness I almost forgot, we had blueberry coleslaw... Have you ever had blueberry coleslaw? It was like dessert in a cup, but it was a side dish. Truly phenomenal! We are headed from Bar Harbor back to Portland on Friday and plan on stopping at Shannon's on our way.

The service was warm and friendly, with the staff making a point to greet every customer. The lobster roll may not be quite as enormous as Red's, but it was absolutely delicious--cold, sweet, succulent lobster piled onto a perfectly toasted bun and served with a side of garlic butter. Instead of the usual coleslaw, you can opt for a refreshing seaweed salad, and the generous serving of fries is another nice touch. While you won't have a waterfront view here, the quality of the food more than makes up for it. I'd happily come back for another lobster roll
