Super friendly and helpful staff at the front when we came here. The two girls were lovely and helped us with samples to find the flavors we wanted. We enjoyed that the ice cream was homemade as that's hard to find today. I do wish that they'd had more variety in their flavors. Most were typical and no "standouts" or summer flavors other than the peaches & cream. I'm sure they rotate through flavors so maybe we just came on a bad day. But the ice cream we had was good, and I'd recommend the banana pudding and toasted coconut to anyone who comes. Peaches & Cream was my third favorite I think, but it could use a little more peach flavor. read more

This is the best place in the area! I had two absolutely wonderful girls named Bella and koa serve me some delicious, homemade ice cream! Wonderful place to take the kids, I would definitely recommend getting the toasted coconut chip flavor! I love Coastal Chill! My family and I always stop by when we need a little sweet treat. Heather is an ANGEL. Our family's favorite flavor is the Cookies and Cream! They make it themselves. I can't find any other ice cream that compares to it. Also, they have certain flavors that are DYE FREE, if you're concerned about food dye for kids. Five stars every time! read more

We took our three kids here while on a family vacation. The kids and I got the ice cream and it was so good. My husband got one scoop of sorbet and one scoop of the Italian ice and he really liked them both. The waffle cones were fresh and the environment was laid back and family friendly. Fresh, churned in house, the best ice cream I've had in a LONG time! The owner was extremely nice, they just opened in December 23 and have the cutest seating area with a few games. Support this local business by getting a homemade waffle cone on your way home from the beach! You won't be disappointed! First off the service is amazing!!! There was a blond cashier and she was super kind! The flavors itself were all delicious and you can tell that it's fresh. I got the lemon blueberry and it wasn't too sweet which I liked. Usually I'm unable to finish ice cream because it is too sweet but I finished my whole cup! I also got to try banana pudding from friends with me which were SO GOOD! I would also recommend that flavor. I would for sure come back for a sweet treat read more

Come here NOW! My daughter wanted to go to another ice cream shop that sells commercial ice cream on Pensacola Beach. I chose this place instead since the products are made in-house. It was the best decision! The ice cream is delicious, creamy and fresh, and the young ladies working there were friendly and professional. I got the banana pudding and blueberry cheesecake. Daughter 1 got the blueberry cheesecake, daughter 2 got strawberry and the hubby got chocolate peanut butter. They were ALL hits. They have Italian ices if you dont do dairy. To have to choose over the homemade, in house, icecream or the amazing Italian ice...I could not choose my favorite because they were ALL my favorites. Not to mention having to choose which Lotus drinks as my favorite as well. The establishment is crisp and very clean. Tabletop games to enjoy while devouring our sweets was a big bonus. Horrible advertising and horrible service communication. Their direct website displays incorrect…read moreinformation, or lack thereof. Me and two family members arrived at this location at 8:34pm, leaving 26 minutes before closing (9pm); as stated by their direct website. In front of us was another group with about 8 people. All 11 of us were turned away by the employees because they decided to close early. I can understand that they may have closed early because of an "off season". However, I find it unacceptable to operate a business with such disinterest in customer service if not properly disclosed. Their website does not include any information regarding warning of early closure. If all 11 of the people in line had spent $10, the company could have gained $110 in profit in a matter of minutes...only 4 extra minutes (of time they were scheduled to be open anyways) mind you!! I did not have the chance to speak any further with the group ahead of mine, but as for my group, we will never return to this establishment...as there is no telling that they'll even be open at the times they have listed on their site. What a waste of time. And to others who think we "should have called"...Customers cannot and should not be expected to call prior to arrival and ask about hours if the hours are directly stated on their website. No other establishment expects that of customers.

There was music playing and it was a unique place to check out. We were on vacation and wanted to get some ice cream in between our stop. Our Ice cream was good and we enjoyed getting to take a break on between all of our city walking for a nice treat. We would def recommend to check out if you are in town!
