I would give zero stars if this app would allow I ordered a cookie cake for my brothers birthday birthday to be delivered I am in Texas so I used the app and two minutes before the delivery is supposed to be delivered. I find out that it is out of stock and unwilling to substitute for something different when asked to speak to the manager they simply said no we will refund you not willing to work with you Please find somewhere else to do business with these people do not deserve it terrible customer service read more

8:30p on a Saturday. It became packed within 5 minutes. Both guys at the counter were scooping non stop. I had the Ube with dipped sugar cone which became too sweet too soon. We also had the peanut butter chocolate and the chocolate eat smooth as usual. Not sure if there was a customer restroom or not. Saw a customer mosey on to the back and the workers didn't say anything. There's ice cream pizzas available for purchase in the cake and quart cooler too. Lots of new flavors available. read more

A banana split with three different ice cream types and toppings? Yes please! On my way back from Pensacola beach I was able to satisfy my sweet tooth. I haven't ordered a banana split in a while and I wasn't happy I had to share it but did anyway. In the end, my sweet tooth wouldn't have been able to manage. Rainbow sherbert, Recees vanilla and pecan ice cream topped with strawberry, pineapple and caramel sure did the trick. This location has plenty of parking, is easy to find, has a clean interior and friendly staff. I would say better than most Baskin Robbins on average. read more

I've been to this Baskin Robbins and usually the experience is pleasant. Tonight the one of the workers was very rude. She was rude about social distancing. Which I completely understand the need for social distancing, but she was rude about enforcing it. She then got two of our orders wrong. read more

Baskin Robins ice cream is the same at every location so no review necessary for the ice cream. The staff is awesome though. I forgot my wallet and felt pretty stupid. Since we live 14 miles away going home to get it wasn't an option. the young kid behind the counter comped my daughter's ice cream and didn't make a big deal about it. read more

I have never written a yelp review in my entire life, in fact I made a yelp account just to write this review. I was at the Baskin Robbins in Gulf Breeze tonight and this was the SECOND time this particular girl has been rude when I was in store. This girl has a two toned blonde-brown hair, a nose piercing, and some tattoo on her arm. I ordered a milkshake and while she was making it the girl working with her offered to go ahead and cash me out since there were people in line behind us. So I cash out with this girl. Once the milkshake is ready the RUDE girl with the nose piercing brings the shake over and tries to hand it to a girl who is not me and I VERY politely say "oh the was mine and we already cashed out with her" and showed our receipt. This girl then proceeds to look me in the face and In the rudest, most, most condescending voice says "THIS ISNT FOR YOU ANYWAYS" (which was so embarrassing as everybody in the store was staring at me) and then proceeds to try to hand some other girl my shake. The girl quickly says that she hasn't not ordered yet, and that was indeed my shake. The worker was obviously embarrassed to be wrong after being so extremely to me for no reason, but did not once apologize to me. I'm a very nice person and it hurt my feelings to be treated so rudely. The other girl working with her who was completely blonde was extremely nice and this review is not related to her at all. I worked at dippin dots for 5 years and know that you do not treat customers the way this girl was treating customers. read more
