We enjoyed that the ice cream was homemade as that's hard to find today. I do wish that they'd had more variety in their flavors. Most were typical and no "standouts" or summer flavors other than the peaches & cream. I'm sure they rotate through flavors so maybe we just came on a bad day. But the ice cream we had was good, and I'd recommend the banana pudding and toasted coconut to anyone who comes. Peaches & Cream was my third favorite I think, but it could use a little more peach flavor.

Type of Food: Freshly made premium frozen custard, custom blend-ins (Whitsers), cookie sandwiches (Whitties), sundaes, shakes, and floats. Review: The custard here is fantastic. We loved all of it--the ability to make your own custom creation is a huge plus, and the classic turtle flavor was excellent. The shop itself is nicely tucked away in Daphne and features a very pleasant outdoor seating area to relax and enjoy your treat. Cons: The layout of the parking lot and drive-through is highly inconvenient. The drive-through path uniquely wraps around the entire entrance and exit areas. If the drive-through line gets long, it blocks the main pathway and makes it very difficult to easily access or maneuver into the parking lot. Thumbs up / Thumbs down: Thumbs up (We would definitely go back for the custard, though we'll be mindful of the drive-through line next time!).
