Tropical Smoothie Cafe is a lovely place to refresh yourself. Located in the small town of Gulf Breeze, this smoothie shop is a place you should stop at. I recommend the Avocolada, it's sweet and savory. The service is pretty chill. Is definitely not the best, but they get the job done. read more

Rude staff that obviously didn't want to work or do their jobs, took my order and just stared at me when I asked questions. Also didn't answer the phone when we tried calling. Jobs are a privilege that shouldn't be given to lazy workers who don't want to do theirs. read more

Service is waaaaaay too slow in this place. There was only a couple in front of us and after taking their order, it took them about 15 minutes to take ours. Then another 15 minutes to get our food. Wish there was another tropical smoothie cafe in the area. I love their wraps but can't spend so much time in a place waiting for a wrap. Ladies seem nice but this place needs to hire extra people. My mom and I came here while visiting Pensacola. We thought the smoothies were great, and it actually didn't take long to get them. Maybe it was just a good day? It lookalike a lot of the workers were students working a summer job, but they were nice enough. read more

There is a very large manager who needs to be fired, she was constantly nagging to the other employees telling them they're not working hard enough and to get back to work over small things. I actually felt so bad I apologized to the young employee Who said manager was yelling at. The manager was constantly complaining that she was working for 70 hours because she overheard me apologize to the other employee. When it was my turn to order she never handed me my card back instead I had to ask it for her as well as a receipt. She reluctantly said fine. The food is amazing here however this large manager with red hair needs to go and the employees that fall under her need a raise for dealing with someone like that. read more

The food has good. But took 30 minutes to even get our order with 4 other people in line and extra 20-25 minutes to get my food . The employees were yelling at kids when they were eating because they were being to loud but doing nothing wrong , but the music was way louder. read more

Shame on these owners. I have been third in line for half an hour waiting on food with my room mate. There is one person working in the whole place. She is so overwhelmed by the online orders she can't talk to the in person customers. Went here today with a friend and got the sunrise sunset smoothie. This location is easy to find. I like the bright colors inside and the place was clean. The smoothie was really good, nice and cold, refreshing. You get a large amount. It took me about 1 hr to complete it. They also sold salads, wraps, snadwiches, fresh fruit, and cookies. You have the option of adding to your smoothies if you want to. Lots of seating space inside. read more

Needed a quick bite but didn't want fast food. This smoothie shop also has wraps, flat breads, sandwiches, and bowls. I got the Thai chicken wrap. It was made fresh and it had good flavor. I will remember this spot for smoothies and sammies! read more

Wow! Well I must say that Tropical Smoothie Cafe is my favorite smoothie but I will definitely mark the Gulf Breeze, FL location off my map. I just left there and am dissatisfied that they would not honor my reward in the app. After a long discussion with management they still got my smoothies wrong. I ordered extra peanut butter and no sugar and they made it wrong. No peanut butter and added extra sugar so after getting home I had to throw both drinks away. Very disappointed read more

The food and smoothies are so tasty . The staff on the other hand are very rude. I tried to call in an order to pick up and no one would answer the phone, and when I walked in they acted like it was an inconvenience. I will eat here again and hope the service is better. read more
