He has pancreatitis, which means he requires a strict diet, daily probiotics, folate, and GastroElm. But from the moment I spoke with Beach Paws, I felt a huge sense of relief. The owners have a dog with pancreatitis too, so they truly understood my concerns--and they went above and beyond to make sure Koda was well cared for. I'm incredibly grateful to them and the entire team for their compassion, attention to detail, and the peace of mind they gave me. I also appreciated how well kept and clean the facility was. We checked in on Koda daily and there was always someone there washing dog dishes, blankets and floors. They also make sure pets there are vaccinated so everyone stays healthy during their stay. The grooming room is super cute and I love that they offer it as an option. Thank you for treating Koda like one of your own! My dog doesn't even look back at us when we drop her off here. She enjoys her day here. I appreciate the photos that are posted of my dog's day at day care. I was in the area for a month and needed boarding and daycare during the month. I felt safe leaving my dog here while I was out of town. The boarding service was so great we decided to bring her for daycare. The price and service are exceptional compared to a few overpriced places I've used in major metropolitan areas with me leaving wondering if they even know my dog's name. We also booked grooming here after boarding. They did a great job. We have also used their "refresher" service after a daycare day. When dropping him off I told the person at the counter not to shave him totally and the girl looked at my friends account on the computer and told me that she understood because there were notes saying how to clip him. My friend came at 4:30 to pick up her dog and was told they hadn't started working on him yet! She waited 30 minutes until they were done. When they brought him out to go home it was a real chop job, the ridges from the clipper were visible from the side it was obvious that certain areas were shaved unevenly. The hair on the head and around the ears was chopped with no attention to detail. She was shocked and spoke to the owner about how awful the job was and asked for a partial refund, at least for the tip given. The owner said she would get back to her and never did. I have clipped and shaved my own dogs at home and know I could've done a better job!

I was called and told she had hookworm She's now on medication Since they are highly contagious called to let Animal house know and they said sorry to hear that No no one else has reported hookworm. .My dog's only contact with other dogs is there. Plus I believe others should have been notified to.test their dogs.I do know from watching their camera that their kennels are washed down but in open social areas anything can happen.

I was able to print all the forms at home and take them in fully filled out. The initial check-in process was quick and efficient, plus the first time is FREE!! This gives dog parents a chance to check it out and see if it is a good fit for their dog. My dog loves going to Tail Waggin! In fact, the first time he was there when my husband went to pick him up, he tried to run into the back and stay longer. When we go to drop him off, as soon as I pull in front, he begins to go crazy!! He jumps out the car and runs inside to greet everyone. What is really cool, is that the staff all know him by name and he doesn't even go everyday. Tail Waggin takes very good care of my little guy. This is evident from as soon as we enter, he is so anxious to get into the back that he just leaves me without even saying goodbye. (Which is never the case with my dog) It is such a relief to trust that my dog is in good hands while at daycare. I love the option to watch my dog on the cameras, it is really cool to see how he interacts with the group. I often see the staff in the playpens with the dogs, which I think is great. I can tell by my dog's interaction with staff and when arriving and leaving the establishment that he is being taken care of by caring and dedicated individuals. I have been taking my dogs here the past year with out any issues. They were great with them and…read morepriced pretty well. However, recently I boarded them for 4 nights and when I picked them up, one of them was covered in urine. Her fur was matted down and felt sticky and she smelled very strong of urine. The other ended up looking like she scraped her two back legs. I understand staffing can be an issue and that they may not be let out as often as they are at home but, 1. my one pup was covered in so much urine it was worth multiple accidents it covered her whole body. and 2. what happened to my other dog's leg and they failed to even mention it at all. Maybe i'm overreacting but i was very upset for my poor dogs when i picked them up.
