My wife and I recently bought a fixer-upper house to call our forever home, and we quickly realized…read morethat the shared wood fence along our property line had been neglected for decades. After looking into replacement options such as wood and vinyl, we decided to invest in a slumpstone wall for its lack of maintenance required and longevity. After consulting with several local masonry contractors, we chose CPF Masonry and it was a great decision! We valued Pat's extensive knowledge of the requirements for a structural wall and their pricing was highly competitive. Pat also demonstrated extreme patience with us during a lengthy pre-construction phase as we were dealing with a difficult neighbor for the project. CPF Masonry managed the entire project from start to finish: tearing down and hauling away the old wooden fence, building the new stone wall, and helping with the cleanup afterwards. The final product looks absolutely phenomenal and completely transformed the aesthetic of our backyard. If you are looking for an honest, highly skilled, and completely reliable masonry team in the Thousand Oaks and Ventura County area, I cannot recommend Pat and the CPF Masonry crew enough!

The work they do is flawless - perfectly done every time. Pat is a true pro - friendly and reasonable with a wealth of knowledge. We love CPF and are always thinking of the next project for them!

We were highly impressed by Jonathan's dedication to providing an excellent final result, his responsiveness and availability and his efforts to try to keep costs down for us during this period of inflation. He is a person of integrity who takes pride in standing behind the work of his company, which matters a lot when dealing with all the moving pieces of permits, construction schedules, materials and inspections. We appreciated his good nature and patience when waiting for inspectors to arrive for inspections, his flexibility in scheduling meetings with us, as well as his knowledge, explanations and thoughtful design suggestions. We extend our thanks to Jonathan and his great workers for the excellent end result of our project and in addition to Jonathan, who oversaw everything, wish to extend special thanks to Chico, his foreman, Liliana, who ordered materials, and master painters, Oscar and Tony.

Unfortunately, we never received anything , not even a follow-up message or explanation. We specifically reached out to him because of his excellent reviews, so this experience was surprising and disappointing. Even if he decided not to take on our project, a simple update or courtesy message would have shown professionalism. Personally for me not following through on a clear commitment and not communicating at all reflects poor work ethic and reliability. Based on this experience, I would not recommend their services.

I highly recommend Levin Construction for your home improvement projects!…read more We had our whole roof replaced just a few weeks ago and the experience was just so smooth and professional. Every timeline they gave us was met exactly and the work was beautifully done! From our first meeting with Ophir, who gave us our estimate and explained the process and materials, to the days of work with a polite, hard working expert crew, and after completion, when the Inspector approved all the work - it was simply easy and smooth. Everything was stated and done with complete clarity, great communication. They even went above and beyond here and there, pivoting and doing more with our attic when encountering an issue, as well as great job cleaning up debris, some of it including previous stuff that we had accumulated over the years. One of the crew helped us get our adventurous sneaky cat out of the attic. They're such a great team of people! All in all, I couldn't be happier with the outcome and the affordability of our project. Ophir gave us an excellent price that no one could beat. This company, it's owner and crew, show integrity and pride in their work. I'm so glad we chose them! Once again, they have my highest recommendation: 10 stars, if it were possible.

He claims no notice was received, despite my consistent follow-ups and evidence to the contrary, and insists I am out of warranty, even though documentation proves otherwise. Please review the attached photos for reference. Their work is clearly defective and has caused rainwater to penetrate through the same areas as before the new flooring was installed.

Victor went above and beyond to make sure every detail was done right. Everyone he brought in for the different aspects of the project was professional, skilled, and did outstanding work. My project included a very complicated tile pattern, and Victor personally came to my home four different times to review the layout and determine the best way to set the tile. He was incredibly patient, walked through multiple options with me, and made sure we got it exactly right. The final result came out flawless. Because his crew was so talented, I ended up having Victor do several additional items--I wanted everything to look perfect, and it absolutely does. He even took care of small details I didn't ask for, simply because he wanted everything to look beautiful. I'm very picky, and there isn't a single thing I would have him fix or redo.
