We hired Ron to do the architectural plans for the remodel of a fourplex. He came in with a fancy camera scanner to measure everything, a very efficient process. He was very much on time with the delivery of the initial draft. We discussed minor changes and submitted to the city, and they had just had a few minor corrections before approval, which is better than other architectural teams I have worked with. After we began work on the project, we discovered a beam in the ceiling was not pointing in the right direction, leading to the need for a revision to the plans. The engineer Margarito went on site and approved changes, which allowed us to quickly adapt. Overall this was a very streamlined process, I would be happy to use his services in the future and can very much recommend him.

Throughout the entire process, Mike was very professional and the level of expertise he exhibited was obvious. Before Mike, I had met with 3 other contractors to compare services and quotes but what sealed the deal for me was the 3D render service Mike offered. It was affordable and it would be free if you end up going with MDM for your remodel. Mike was able to get the renderings to me very quickly and made adjustments whenever we wanted to change something. Seeing the details of the renderings really brought what we were envisioning to life and helped with the design process. Fast forward to beginning of demo/construction, Mike's employees were impressively fast and efficient at their jobs, but what really impressed me was how clean they kept our property after each day of work. And that stated true throughout the entire process of our 7 month renovation. During construction, if there were any last minute changes, Mike would always try to cater to our needs whenever possible.
