About to go get some shut eye

I must say I was quite nervous when I arrived, being a 31 year old woman. I've never even been stung by a bee, let alone had a tooth pulled. Today though I was determined to rid myself of the pain and thankfully I had the warmest welcome and the best interaction with all the ladies. From walking in and being greeted to going to the back and getting in the chair. Long story, not so long. I highly recommend you make that appointment. Very courteous and above all professional. Might I add, I feel great right now. Pain is gone For reference the first photo was me in the car crying all the way to the dentist, the second photo is me after leaving and finally about to get some sleep after 48 hours awake.

This decision is not a reflection of the dentist or the clinical care, which has always been satisfactory. Unfortunately, it is the result of ongoing issues with the back-office billing process under the current office management. Due to repeated billing negligence, I was forced to pay over $600 out of pocket, ultimately including payment to a collection agency for charges that should have been properly handled and reconciled by the office. Today, when I contacted the office to have my account reviewed after resolving the collection, I was placed on hold for over an hour without resolution. After nearly two decades of loyalty, this level of billing mismanagement and lack of responsiveness is unacceptable. Patients should not bear financial consequences due to administrative errors, nor should they have to expend excessive time attempting to correct them. As a result, I will be transitioning myself and my family to a dental practice that demonstrates greater accountability and appreciation for its patients.

I've visited this dentist before for cleanings, and honestly those experiences were standard, but this was also pre-pandemic. I understand that COVID-19 is a difficult time for such businesses as these which afford the most prominent ways of contracting a dangerous and highly infectious virus, and so that's why I cut some slack here and gave two stars instead of one. Let's cut to the chase--here's why this place has been an enormous waste of my time. I've been having some small irritations regarding my teeth moving slightly out of line, and it seems to be getting worse over time. Yes, I know what you're thinking--sounds like an ortho issue, right? Sure, but the dentist should be a reasonable first step nonetheless. When I was first brought in, I was met with the assistant who asked me what was wrong. I told him in full detail, and we proceeded to snap some X-rays, and I waited for the dentist. When the dentist came in, he asked me what was wrong. Now of course I'm not particularly fond of having to repeat myself, but fine, this can be forgivable. After some inspection, he told me I would have to wait for the ortho specialist to come in, and that there was nothing they could do that day. This was somewhat expected, so this was not why my experience was disappointing. Two weeks later, I never got a call, and so I decided to check up and call them. There was no answer, and so I left a message explaining that I was expecting a call from my consultation, and never got one, and I was also sure to leave my name and contact information. Two weeks after that, still no call, and I decided to call yet again. This time, not only was there no answer, but their voicemail inbox was also full, so I couldn't leave a message either. Now, over a month later from the initial consultation, I'm back to square one trying to find a place that will actually help me with my problem. If you're looking for your standard cleaning/checkup, sure, go ahead and give this place a go if it's convenient for you. But if you're looking for a reliable place that's willing to responsibly keep you updated as a dentist should, this is not the place for you.

Called back within 10 min of arrival for X-rays. Later moved in the exam room . One of the doctors came in for an assessment of my gums/teeth. Found 2 cavities . Another doctor, Elaine , assessed for periodontal disease. She made recommendations to have the wisdom tooth removed and a deep cleaning due to the wisdom teeth. I was then told to wait in the green room to go over pricing. Waited 10 minutes and I was told to go up front to meet Brianna. She asked if I have insurance advised I do. She then says the system is down so unable to give a quote??? If I had known the first appointment is for an assessment of your teeth/gums only, I would not have come here. They did not clean my teeth. Quite disturbing and odd. She stated she would give me a call when the system is up to go over pricing. Does not look like I will be back. He kept asking me if I was sure I wanted to call corporate customer service. He was annoyed by me interrupting his slumber. I haven't heard from them since I called on December 11.

The diagnose was full covered by insurance, but of course, not the 3D. On top of that they charge $275 for it!!! I asked to NOT have the 3D RX, just a local RX and I was denied. They prefer to NOT take you call AT ALL, and loose everything, instead of working with you and do their proper job! This was ONLY the receptionist call, she did not talk with anyone in the office. When I went for my initial exam, I informed them I was experiencing pain on my front and a molar. They only took an image of my front teeth, did not take an Xray of my molar and moved on. I went in today for my appointment to get treatment done on the front tooth but continued having extreme pain on a molar and am pretty sure it's due for a root canal. As I was on my way to my 11am appointment they called me 9 minutes before to let me know they were running behind and asked me to come in at 11:30. I am also a dental assistant and understand but I expected to be seen as soon as 11:30. When I arrived they still made me wait another 30 min and ended up wanting me to reschedule since I had to be out by 12:30. They have no respect for the time of others and made me lose time from work to come sit around in their lobby. They also don't check insurance codes properly so be sure to check up with your insurance and confirm what they're charging you is correct. I will not reschedule with an office that does not take into consideration the time of others. I will be taking my money elsewhere.
