Pam takes care of passengers! Plenty of room and lights and music available. Good times.

Our cab took us to the Gulf Shores International Airport. Our "cab " was very clean and the driver Kris was prompt-the music was good! our driver Kris on the other hand was rude-did not help us -5 women 60 years plus with heavy luggage! we all struggled to get our luggage up the stairs and he just sat there. read more

This shuttle service was spectacular. We had a wedding party that needed to be shuttled and they had small busses to make multiple runs for us. They were also flexible when we asked for modify the drop off location. Very affordable. And attentive with answering the phone. They also offer on call pick up for $10 a person as well. Great service. read more

Great service, super helpful. Helped me schedule a super early ride to the airport. Came through.

I've been going to Gulf Shores all my life and when you don't want to drive while drinking, it's always a pain to find an Uber or cab big enough or enough of them for a group--6 to 8 people in my case. You either can't find car big enough or you can't find two Ubers that can pick you up same time. If you try to hire a van service, they either make you reserve them for the whole night which is very pricey or they just don't show up. Coast Cab solves every one of those issues. $10 per person flat rate for anywhere you go in area. We used them 4 different times this weekend--2 times to and from a crowded concert and to and from the Florabama which gets very crowded and hard to find rides. In all 4 trips, the driver was early with a very comfortable and clean bus or van. Waiting for us patiently outside the concert ready to roll while thousands of other people struggled to get cabs and Ubers. They were patient, accommodating, very friendly, let us have our fun while keeping us safe and we had plenty of room to spread out which is so much different than a cab. From the owner Pam to the other folks that answer the phone to all the drivers, we could not have had a better experience. All in my group talked about how that's the best deal around and we will travel no other way in the Gulf Shores area going forward. read more

Coast Cab is THE way to get around Gulf Shores/Orange Beach. They are on call 24/7. Whenever I called, someone always answered (most of the time it was Pam). We also never had any issues with waiting for the cab to arrive. It always arrived promptly, and Pam would even give us a heads up on when to expect the cab to arrive. We also used Coast Cab in reserving airport shuttle to and from Pensacola Airport. Again, reservations were easily made over the phone, and our cab arrived when expected. Lastly, all the drivers were awesome! We rode with Belinda from the airport as well as Keith, Ben, and Noel on other occasions. They were so nice, courteous, and personable. It's extra fun if you get a chance to ride in Noel's shuttle. His shuttle has the lights and lasers, so the party doesn't end after you leave the bars lol. read more

Memorial Day weekend. Business must be closed. We called last night, late, for an early morning pick up. Listing said 24/7. No answer and voicemail was full. Tried again this morning and our numbers had been blocked. We even tried the second number they listed online. read more

Wonderful company and so helpful. My friends were in town for a bachelorette party and the ride share apps didn't have any drivers. I called and spoke with Pam and she was able to get them a party bus last minute. The bus was very clean, the driver was incredibly nice, my friends referred to him as a "saint" and they had a wonderful time. Best of all, the pricing was so reasonable. If you're in town and don't want to worry or stress about getting to and from your destinations, check them out. read more

All I can say is that they saved my daughters and me when our ride fell through at the last moment to Gulf Shores from Pensacola airport. They, specifically Pam, actually text to you to give you updates (not automated texts...but REAL people!). They arranged the return drive to the airport a week later, and worked with me after I found out the airline canceled our flight. They were more than happy to take me to a hotel. I was so frazzled that I dropped my credit card in the car and they immediately called me to offer to mail it back. There were definitely some hiccups on this vacation, but this company made everything so much better! read more

Coast Cab is awesome!! They can accommodate a very large group. This service picked my friends and I up from Pensacola airport and took us all the way to Gulf Shores. During the week, Pam (the owner) was on call at anytime to take us whenever we needed to go. Will definitely use this service the next time I come to the area! read more

called to push my reservation back 5 minutes and she cancelled because she had a bigger party. i was stranded for close to an hour.

Our party of 9 took Coast Cab to and from Flora Bama out of Gulf Shores. Our ride there was fantastic: on time, fun, personable, and no fuss. However, our ride home was extremely upsetting. We called for a pick up from Flora Bama and were told it would be a 45 minute wait. As we waited, we noticed another group of 13 was waiting for a shuttle. We were waiting outside near the road when we received a text that it was close, but at this time, the other group came outside too. When the shuttle arrived, we all rushed to get on, as we all thought it was our shuttle. It turned out that the driver thought we were all one group. No names were taken when we called the shuttle, no number of people in a party, so this is where the confusion came from. Luckily, we were all going to Gulf Shores, but the bus could barely fit us all (many people had to sit on the floor/on laps). There was tension the entire time between our two groups and it made the ride extremely uncomfortable. When our group was dropped off first, we didn't know how we should pay. The least our driver could have done was offered a discount, but she refused and told us to "get off her bus". This company has a good thing going but they could greatly benefit from writing down the names of people that are calling them instead of just showing up and making assumptions. Just an idea so that this doesn't happen again for you guys. read more

We had the best experience using Coast Cab this weekend. Pam and Barry were so kind and took care of our group of ladies for a bachelorette weekend. We had a blast riding in the party bus and were so thankful we didn't have to deal with multiple Uber's. If you have a large party, they are definitely the company to do with. Thanks so much for making my friend's bachelorette weekend one to remember!!!! read more

This has been the best experience I've had with a cab/Uber/Lyft service. Luke was a true professional and was able to accommodate his current schedule and pick us up right away. He was very kind, funny and recommended local spots for us to try. In addition, when I called in to book the cab, Pam was super friendly and very easy to work with. She truly cared about my needs and treated me as a priority. I would highly remembered using this company. The competition can't compete with them. read more

My fiance and I used Coast Cab for a ride to the Pensacola Airport from Orange Beach last week while finishing up vacation. I called Wednesday afternoon to make a Friday morning reservation and it was hassle free. Our driver, Ham, arrived a few minutes early and was very personable. Overall a good experience, reliable, clean vehicle, punctual and cost was comparable to other services in the area. Would definitely recommend to others. read more

We had such a pleasant experience with this company! We were up from Tampa, FL for my nephew's wedding and needed transportation to the rehearsal dinner from Gulf Shores, 3 C's Condos. Keith picked us up and was so friendly and informative. He gave us lots of knowledge about history of the area and it was like a tour! He also took us to the wedding at Gulf State Park and helped us carry stuff there and back! Pam, the dispatcher, was very easy to deal with and very accommodating. Thank you very much for Coast Cab and if anyone needs transportation, definitely call them!! Thank you Coast Cab for helping to make our visit and event wonderful! read more

We used Coast Cab for an early morning airport ride from Orange Beach to Mobile. Called and requested a taxi to pick up me up at the Wharf. Woman who answered the phone stated a taxi would arrive in 30 min or less. After 30 minutes , I called back and the woman who answered stated that the taxi she sent for me had picked up someone else and she suggested I flag another taxi company down to bring me home. This is a perfect example of a company with no regard for customer service or customer safety. I was able to flag down AB taxi and arrive home safely. read more

Belinda is the best driver around! On time, safe, great communication, and a lovely person. Would recommend her over and over.

Great service in Coast Cab! Drivers arrived early and were in constant communication via text around arrival times and where to find them which was important for my trips to and from the Pensacola airport. Will definitely use again! read more

These guys were great! We were in town for a couple night, Keith took care of us and they were very reasonable. Definitely recommend, I even kept their number in my phone for next time I'm in the area. Thanks! read more

Here's what I can say about coastal cab. They picked us up quick. Within 5 minutes of my phone call. I really appreciated that. What I didn't appreciate was driving a quarter mile down the road at a total rate of 2.33 and being told as I'm being dropped off that there is a 10 dollar minimum. Now this may or may not be typical, I don't know. But when I called the dispatch on the phone and let them know where I was and where I was going I feel that would of been a good time to mention that 10 dollar minimum as opposed to being shook down for 10 dollars when we stopped. So keep this in mind if your looking for a quick taxi somewhere short and don't want to walk on the busy street with no side read more

I called Coastcab today and spoke with Greg. I told him that my daughter needed a ride from Gulf Shores to Navarre. I could not believe how kind the driver (Mary) was to my daughter. She not only arrived safe and sound, but my daughter couldn't stop talking about the conversation. She said Mary was so kind. I will use this company in the future and they are very reasonable priced! Highly recommend! read more
