I called to set up the shuttle to airport the day before 5/21 and they didn't come to get us because they put the wrong day on the reservation which was the day I actually called. 5/21 instead of 5/22. So now we had to scramble to get another taxi to make it to the airport. I wouldn't use this unreliable company when you have to make a flight. read more

I love Gary (Gary Jones, owner)! My old car service jacked up prices three-fold so I came across Gary and recommend his company very much. My last trip entailed a pick-up at 4am with tons of luggage. He confirmed with me the day before and even arrived a bit early. His driving is not aggressive (but why would it be at that hour) and conversation was left up to me to initiate. He, of course, handled my baggage from front door to curbside. For my return he confirmed again via text. Then the problems started regarding my return flights. After 26 hours of standby Gary was waiting for me at the airport. I did some serious comparison shopping and you won't find a better private transfer rate. I think Able covers all of the NW FL and AL beach areas. What a comfort it is to know I can count on something to go smoothly on a trip - and getting home is always the most important part. read more

Great Shuttle Company! Used them to go from Pensacola Airport to Orange Beach and back. Shuttles are clean and both the drivers I had were so nice and very informative on the area. I traveled from Oregon to Florida for the first and landed at night. I felt completely safe traveling with Gary! I also didn't feel as if I had been overcharged as I was driven from Pensacola Florida to Fairhope Alabama. The experience was so satisfactory that I asked him to come back when the conference was over to pick me up and take me back to the Pensacola Airport.
