My husband had…read morepancreatic cancer and a broken back, and was unable to leave the hospital without a bed at home he could actually be comfortable in. A-1 Healthcare came to our rescue-they had the bed, mattress, and delivered it all in one day. Not only that, they were able to recommend which bed their customers prefer over all the others. They were absolutely correct. Gerry loved the bed they provided. Then he needed a wheelchair and a commode chair, and once again A-1 Healthcare Center came to our rescue. Both the wheelchair and the commode chair made it possible for Gerry to cope with his illness at home. Their service, products, delivery, set-up, follow through, prices are exceptionally good. I would not hesitate to use them again, and recommend them to all my friends. Thank you A-1 Heathcare Care!

I was sent to pickup my CPAP Equipment at Mori Medical Equipment in Vista. I thought to myself…read more"...Oh, not them!!" Mori has NOT changed in 3 yrs. This time Mori Med. Equip. was selected by Scripps Sleep Center (Obviously, they have not read the reviews.). where I was to get my CPAP equipment. I tried my best to switch to a different provider with no luck in doing so. Since this was my first time going to their office, I could not find it. The GPS did not get you there. I had a 1:00pm appointment at their facility: 2320 La Miranda in Vista. I called the office to get directions but the phone system said they were at lunch from 12:30 - 1:30pm and I could leave a message. What's the deal!! I had a 1pm appointment!! I tried to leave a message but the mailbox was FULL. The phone system also said I could speak to someone if I entered their 3 initials, which I did. The AI assistant said the categories were empty and hung up. Now you know this wasn't anything I didn't expect since I have dealt with Mori Med. Equip. before and had a similar experience. NOT my first rodeo with these people. They have not done anything in the past 3 yrs to improve themselves. It is only a suggestion but if you read your reviews, they will tell you step by step what you need to do to improve your company's outward facing reputation. All the ONE STAR reviews have explained their problem sufficiently and stating accurately the problems they are seeing. This information in the right hands can not only improve the morale of your employees that face the storm of insults and anger on a daily basis, but also increase your bottom line. With the reviews in the ONE STARS at the same or more than the FIVE STARS reviews, all new customers will be looking elsewhere. This can't be good. I hope you have major improvements in your future !!

(5/2/26) Kudos to everyone who spoke out on here and was right!…read more I recently spoke with someone in the escalations department at my insurance. They informed me that they spoke to someone in a position of authority at Access Medical and were told that their current business is CLOSED and they are CURRENTLY RESTRUCTURING. My advice to anyone reading this is: cut your losses, try to recoup what you can, make it quick and move onto another vendor. As for me, the folks at Access Medical strung me along and lead me on and straight up lied to me for over a year - leading me to believe that they were helping me get a new power wheelchair when they were doing not much of the sort. They even went so far as to fleece me for a $4,800+ co-pay - which I'll be attempting to recoup. I do have to give them props for one thing though - I DID get properly assessed for a new power wheelchair, and I DO have the paperwork from that, which I'll hopefully be able to pass on to a new vendor such that I can finally get the power wheelchair I need. As for the restructuring - I hope God intervenes and it doesn't happen. Neither the owners or executives at Access Medical need to be working with people in vulnerable physical and life circumstances, and they certainly don't need to be in charge of anything important like large amounts of money, high dollar assets, or owning or running an actual business. Their actions and behavior throughout this restructuring process prove that they need to go back to licking boots and stay there for a very long while.
