Purchased a massage table and multiple accessories from Earthlite. I confirmed with them that I could schedule a time for delivery with the shipping company as we do not have reception staff that can just receive shipments whenever. I arranged for delivery between 11am-1pm, the delivery driver left everything outside on the sidewalk an hour before the scheduled time when no on was available. They didn't make the delivery, but they did contract with the company and they choose to keep working with them. With the price paid for the equipment and shipping on top of that, I see no reason to purchase from them directly if they support this type of shipping. read more

I had a hydraulic massage table that was damaged by an electrical explosion into my spa from SC Edison . I ordered all new parts to repair my table. Earthlite sent the incorrect parts twice which cost me extra in electrician bills. After three months trying to get the table to work with lack of support from Earthlite, I finally had to send all parts back because the table still wouldn't work. Parts were returned via Fed Ex and signed for on August 25th. To date September 13th I still have not received my credit. This company is incredibly irresponsible and could care less about customer service. BUYER BE WARE!!! read more

Customer service manager KAY is a joke. She is pleasant but not sincere, doesn't follow through with her word. I ordered a clearance table on the 20th, credit card charged on the 21st and told the next day " that table isn't available " and I won't be receiving anything. We have a Earthlite Everest Table. The table top is made of particle board. Unfortunately a patient sat on the table and the top cracked. Even though we said we would pay for a new top, Earthlite refuses to sell the part. It was a $2,200.00 table and they want us to buy a whole new table instead of a $400.00 Top. I bought an Earthlite table warmer and it lasted about 6 months before it just up and died. The sad thing is that the last Earthlite table warmer I bought lasted over 15 years. So I expected that level of quality. Then Amazon, where I bought it, took forever getting back to me when I emailed them to tell them it was no longer working. After me chasing them down for a few months they finally told me it was beyond their return policy. They said they were going to contact Earthlite and they never did. So I finally got the Cust Service of Earthlite. They of course need a receipt which I have no idea where it is because it's been a while. It should be in email some where but it is gone. I sent them a photo of the label, and the warmer itself, clearly showing it is their product. Now I've basically sent this defected, poorly made item back to Earthlite with a note asking them to note how new it is, and that it is indeed their product. In my estimation that is all they should need to replace it for me but they will not. So here I am warning others off these poorly made products and that I am no longer an Earthlite customer after 30 years of buying stuff from them. I see a lot of other one star reviews here. Seems like everything else in the USA, consumer protection is a thing of the past and all companies care about is max profits for greedy CEO's. Back in the day we cold all rely on good quality....this is probably cheap crap from China now. I'm done. Shame on you Earthlite. They sell a good product but they don't want to ANY service to their customers anymore. I used to go into the earthlight show room to buy tables and massage accessories. If I had any problems with my table it was like a nascar pit stop for massage my table! They would make adjustments on the spot. David made suggestions for repairs that I hadn't even thought of and they took care of it. Later on going into the show room you would have to wait a long time. Sales people weren't in any hurry to assist. We waited anywhere from 20-40 minutes for help. Meanwhile the person of the desk would keep telling you, "Oh yes they're on the way just a few minutes." Today I called because they have moved.. They've bought up another massage table business. Now they are bigger than before I was told that I would be transferred to the sales department with whom I would have to make an appointment to buy something. Then the sales department tells me I have to order everything online or on the phone and then pick it up in a no-contact manner. I've been buying and recommending earthlite products for over 30 years. I've bought ten tables & accessories for myself, my staff, my massage therapist daughters and my customers. I've been faithful to Earthlite but now they don't care about me. They don't want to talk to me or see me. What kind of a relationship is that. I feel so used. You're broken my heart Earthlite Earthlite, you are out of touch with your customers. Massage therapist are kinesthetic. Think about it. We FEEL our way through life. That is how we do our jobs. If I can't see it, touch it and feel it, how am I to know if it is what I want? I want to lie on a table before spending hundreds on it. I want to squeeze the bolster to feel dor the right density. I want to put my face in the face cradle to test it for comfort for my customer. I bought my products from Earth light because their good products. Fingers cross that I don't need to contact them for customer service. For a luxury product, they sure don't understand how to care for customers. i would suggest buying through a distributor, so that you don't have to deal with them. If I could give no stars, it would be more appropriate. Placed an order online, after speaking with someone on the phone who confirmed they had the item in stock in their warehouse and that the item would be shipped in about 4 business days. 3 weeks later I am still waiting for the item to be shipped, but they charged my credit card the day I placed the order! Every time I contact them, they tell me it will ship tomorrow, one person told me the exact date it was going to ship on, and then I told her that was 2 days ago, and she argued with me. Just be honest, you don't have the product and don't know when you will have the product. Stop lying and treating a paying customer like dirt. If you are not going to ship within 4 business days, take it off your website. 20 years in this business and I will NEVER buy an Earthlite product again after this horrible experience. read more

The table was delivered on time and was fine except for the handle. The stitching was defective and there is foam sticking out (like the machine got off track). I open and close the table and carry it daily so this is a problem. I called, emailed, begged for over 6 mos. Each time I was assured that a new handle would be delivered. It never came but I did receive tips for the end of a table I didn't own--wonder who is waiting for those. Customer service is a joke. I ended up taking the handle to a shoe repair guy and paid to have it fixed. read more

Horrible customer service. I ordered several bolsters and even talked with the customer service rep when I ordered. The 3/4 round bolster is hard as a rock and not comfortable. I had the measurements of my current bolster and the rep on the phone told me that would be the same size so I ordered it. It is nothing like my current bolster and I won't be able to use it. They would not work with me on the shipping to sent it back and get the right bolster. I paid $95 for the comfort bolster and I just found it on Amazon for $58. If you need massage accessories order them on Amazon because at least you can send them back if you aren't satisfied for free. The vinyl on my bolsters starts to peel quickly from Earthlite bolsters. I will not buy another thing from them. Stronglite was a great company until Earthlite took them over! :( read more

I was is desperate need for a new massage table after my astra-lite bit the dust & finding out that company closed. I called Earthlite this morning to make sure they were open and they were so kind on the phone. Drove up and they were able to help me immediately and get me a new table. I was a little disappointed they didn't have models out to look at and that they only sell one type of payment (couldn't spilt cash and card for one payment). Other than the minor things I really appreciate their customer service and how I was able to go home with a new table (I even got to choose a color there on the spot). read more

Have purchased from this company for years primarily because they are local but there products are not the best over time considering how much they cost and there customer service/sales team is horrible at resolving issues. Horrible customer service. Earthlite does not care about the customers. I ordered a hydraulic table in 2020 but the foot pedal stopped working less than 2 years later. After contacting the company for assistance as it was still under warranty, I was transferred for the next 90 mins from one person to the next. I finally got to speak to someone who I thought would be able to help. She stated that they would not be able to mail me a new foot pedal until the following week and it would probably get to me in a few days. That was not so. After waiting a couple more weeks I contacted them again as I had still not received my foot pedal. All I received was the run around again. read more

I placed a $1300 order on February 22, 2022, never received a confirmation email from Earthlite. I had to check my card to see if the payment processed, because I never received an email. When I look up my account on their website it says it would be delivered March 29th. March 29th came and went.. Nothing from Earthlite. I call Earthlite March 30th and talk to Melissa. She was terribly rude as soon as she answered. She was disrespectful because I never received the confirmation email from Earthlite. Not my fault.... I asked to speak with a different representative. She tells me I couldn't speak with anyone besides her. I told her just refund my money. Then tells me it'll be 7-10 business days to get my money back after waiting over a month for a table and accessories that have never even shipped yet. The company shipped me 2 springs and even waived the fees! They really went way above my expectations and I continue to use their tables and bolsters in my practice. This is a review about their customer service, not their products. I do like their products. I have a massage table and a warmer which I purchased online many years ago and have had no issues with. I am starting a new business and buying a lot of equipment right now. I called Earthlite thinking they could help me with some simple questions such as dimensions on facial trolleys and compatible towel warmers. That was about 2 weeks ago. I was told I would get a call back once some measurements were taken. After a week, I called again to check on the status of my first inquiry only to reach an even more incompetent person who said I would get a call back. Have I? No. 2 weeks later.... update after the original review: I did finally get a call back the day after I posted the original review, during the call I had one more detail that I needed clarification on. I was told I would get a call back in just a few minutes. Surprise, that didn't happen! i did get a call back about 6 hours later. I didn't answer because I was having dinner at a restaurant. I can't say enough good stuff about Earthlite. I have used many of their tables and their chairs. I've never had one break. Not in the seven years since I discovered their products. As a matter of fact, I use their tables frequently for events where I'm throwing them in the car, dragging them out of the trunk or backseat and I've never had the vinyl tear. Not once. In seven years. And I am way too lazy to use the table covers. They have never made a mistake on one of my orders. I've had a tour of their facility and met some of their craftsmen and I must say, they really seem to be a good group of people who care about their products. I also buy from them because they're a California company and our economy can use all the help it can get, right? Their tables may seem pricy compared to some options available online, but the difference in quality is so obvious, it's laughable. I don't like to leave bad reviews but this company is a disaster. After being placed on hold three times I was finally told that I have to pay to have my Luna massage table Fixed. At this point I have damages. This table should have been recalled. There are multiple YouTube videos of the defect. The fabric literally disintegrated into crumbling powder. This creates a mess and renders the table useless. Nobody has ever seen anything this bad. Point of the story is the fabric was changed years ago because of environmental issues inn CALIFORNIA. New fabric Didn't work out but it is the consumers problem!! We have to buy A new massage table even though this one has little use. The remedies suggested by the company were ridiculous. You pay for a new cover and then find a person in Manhattan to put it on. This would cost more than a new table. Like they say. REPUTATIONS TAKE YEARS TO BUILD SMD MINUTES TO FALL. Customer Service SUCKS! Front desk, sales reps etc. are not helpful or professional. When I first went in, they told me that they don't usually sell directly to students and asked me to keep it just between them. I was astonished. The brand new table was brought out and the sales rep opened it and placed it in the bag for me, but the way he did it (flipped it upside down then slid the case on) scratched it in the corner. So now I have to deal with that since I didn't notice till a week later, by the looks of their customer service, doesn't look like I'll have a lot of luck. Aside from all this, THEY CHARGED ME TWICE! Now I have issues with my bank since I didn't have the funds to purchase something of that price. I'm now negative in my account. The first woman I spoke with said I could call back when Darren Wilcox would come back from lunch, I said no and that he should be the one calling me back. It was supposed to be a 30 min lunch break and I waited an hour to call again. The second call was a different woman and she gave me the same run around, 30 min lunch and I could call him back. I told this woman the same thing, left me info once more and played the waiting game again. Never heard back. So I called the next morning, asked to speak directly to Darren Wilcox ext.614 about my issue, the woman asked me name, put me on hold and came back 5 mins later to tell me that the return has went through. STILL NEVER GOT A CALL BACK OR A CHANCE TO SPEAK WITH DARREN WILCOX. I ask for a receipt of the refund and I still haven't gotten it and the funds are still not in my account. Be careful Earthlite!! As a massage table brand the hydrolic tables are the best for any business looking to become ada compliant the table hight is the Best out there i know i looked i was all about oakworks for 11 years then when i started looking for electric tables none of therm could go as high as my wooden that is exempt for earthlight. The biggest hight range i have seen and i checked all the brands from big to small custom craft, Best massage you name it 30-32 max hight is normal vs. The 36 or 37 you get here and 18 low is the lowest any brand goes. Recently I purchased an Earthlite hot towel cabbie. After researching several different ones, I chose the earthlite because I recognized the name and because it had a stainless steel interior. Despite the fact that it was a bit more expensive these were my primary reasons for purchase. Once received, I followed the directions and preheated the unit for a half hour before putting in a hot wet towel. Two hours later this towel was only luke warm. I returned the cabinet immediately and was charged 20% restocking fee. Had the the company that I purchased it from stated that this was the return policy for an unused item that did not meet my standards, I would have never ordered it! I could see if I had used it for 30 days but, it was never used because it didn't work well enough. It's a shame that companies don't stand behind the products that they sell, and that a company doesn't stand behind a product that they produce. read more

I had to drill holes into my table and engineer their hanging armrest to get it to provide a reasonable amount of support. Now the pads have worn out and they refuse to sell replacement pads. They want me to buy a whole new armrest for $100...a) I don't need a whole new one and b) the thing is very low quality, not worth $100..or even $50 imo...I should not have to pay $100 to replace the pads on this thing that unfortunately I permanently attached to my table instead of returning (which now I wish is what I'd done). They are refusing now to even tell me who supplies them to them so I can't even contact that company and ask to buy pads from them. terrible product and terrible customer service that doesn't care. read more

I have been in school and working as a massage therapist for almost 8 years. Earthlite was a brand immediately introduced and the product has lived up to its reputation. It practices eco-friendly building practices and has gone above and beyond for me in customer service. I work in a massage chain environment. The Earthlite products are 'overused' let's say. The electric Ellora tables are used by a multitude of therapists over 10+ a day, seven days a week. They are tough, comfortable, and durable. The face cradles and bolsters are so durable that I only use them now for my personal travel business. Seriously, go to the company, get a warehouse tour. Amazing the efforts they take to deliver such a durable product. read more

I lOVE LOVE my new fully electric massage bed. I am very happy with my purchase. I worked too long trying to conform to my old massage bed and my back kept getting worse. The Ellora bed is fully electric so it makes my work much easier. I love what I do, but who wants to deal with back pain. This bed is beautifully designed, fully adjustable to the perfect height for me and my clients. It lowers 18" to the ground making it much easier for my clients to get in and out. Very quiet motor, the craftsmanship is perfect. I highly recommend this bed, it was worth every penny. I tried to order a package deal from my local massage school. I carefully looked over the color swatches that were provided. Color is important to me and my table is a huge part of my practice. When the table came it was not the color that was on the swatch. I asked if I could exchange it for a different color and was told I would have to pay shipping both ways AND a different price for the foot extension I ordered. I tried to negotiate with the person in charge of exchanges. I offered to pay shipping one way and asked I not be penalized for the foot extension as the color difference was not my fault. He was perfunctory and disinterested, even condescending. I give the products a 5 on a 1 to 5 scale and customer service a big ZERO. I cancelled the order and will find my table else where. Some people have a very strange idea of what a customer is worth. This person lost a sale of over $500. over less than $100. and a customer for life. read more
