They are Awesome! They stayed open late for me. I had an emergency in the form of forgetting my CPAP machine at home for our weekend trip. I called them up 15 mins before that were to close and their owner said he'd talk to his staff and keep open late so we could quickly get a Lyft across town and buy a machine. We walked in, gave them my script, talked about the options, were told that the standard machine would be less expensive than the mini due to the hoses, then paid for the machine and they programmed it. Their staff member on duty even made the trip better. He asked where we were staying afterwards we finished up and said we were on his way home and offered to dropped us off. I needed to replace my old Inogen unit. I found an on-site supplier O2Relief in Encinitas. The service was good I found the correct unit for me although, after doing some additional research I feel I could have gotten a better price online. I was told that " they would submit the Medicare paperwork for me " 3 months after payment I was told " no, they don't work with Medicare " so I am 3 months down the line after being mislead. They do offer a good line of products but, do your research and don't always believe what you are told. read more

While the selection of devices here is excellent, the customer service is dismal. If you take an item in for repairs, it can take MONTHS and you have to call them over and over to check the status. They will offer to rent you a replacement for hundreds of dollars while it takes weeks and weeks to have your device repaired. They do not seem to register that these are life-saving devices and we depend on them. I have become very, very disappointed in this company. It used to have a very good reputation and very good service, but it no longer does. I have purchased two portable oxygen concentrators from them over the past few years. The service has become so poor I will never buy anything from them again. read more

The transition from hospital to home can be a challenging one. so i spoke with a lady named Karlene and she was EXTREMELY rude, unprofessional and gave me wrong information on a portable unit for my dad. This could have seriously hurt or even killed him. Take your business elsewhere , it's not worth risking having your loved ones land in the hospital because of her & misinformation. This place is wonderful. If your looking for fast & excellent service Stacy is the best. My dad was with another company that delivered him a huge and complicated oxygen tank. The small one for him to carry around was an actual tank. He was so confused he couldn't work the equipment. We were unable to get any help from customer service. I decided I was going to buy him more convenient equipment. That is how I found Stacy. When I first contacted her I was looking to buy equipment. After explaining my dad's situation, she offered to try and see if we could return his current equipment and get Medicare to cover the new equipment. She immediately sent me the paperwork needed to change service and began working on it. My dad didn't have a copy of his current prescription and she needed this. She offered to contact the doctor for me. Within one day she had the doctor fax her his prescription and the next day I was able to pick up the much needed equipment. May I add that it was a county hospital which can be hard to get help, but she did it. The new equipment is so much better and is really helping his social life. I am forever grateful for Stacy's help. She saved me a ton of money and was a pleasure to deal with. This woman will not let you down. Friendly, professional service. My husband needed a travel size CPAP and so I came by yesterday to look at their options. Sara Martinez helped me out. Sara was very personable and knowledgeable. She listened and I never felt that she was trying to make a sale. I brought my husband there today and he was also happy with their service and purchased everything he needed. They also set up and trained him on how to monitor his sleep patterns through an app on his phone that is connected to his mini CPAP. Sara exemplifies the value of buying on location verses buying online.
