This is the creamiest, most flavorful ice cream I have ever had in my life. No like seriously. This ice cream is small batch and it's AMAZING. I had the chocolate peanut butter egg (their Easter flavor), my husband had coffee, and my son had chocolate. Each was phenomenal in its own way. I don't know when I will be back in this area of Pennsylvania but if I'm anywhere remotely near, I will drive out of my way to have some more. Seriously folks, this ice cream is special.

The ice cream isn't homemade, it is Leibys which is fine, but they could expand upon the flavor variety a bit, and serve larger sundaes, shakes, etc. Frugal ice cream shops are just annoying. There are a large variety also of gifts, particulerly of dogs. (magnets, t- shirts, mugs, etc). I like how the order takers read the order back to you for verification. I also like how Heislers gives an electronic beeper to summon you when your food is ready. This is an added value enabling guests to pick a spot to sit, relax, and get the condiments/napkins/plasticware while not having to stand and wait in the blazing heat. Thank you!! When my food was ready I went to claim it. No need to show a receipt etc. It was very organized! I did have to request honey mustard sauce even though I had mentioned that at order placement. The guy was happy to accommodate my request. The food quality was EXCELLENT! It tasted homemade. We loved the burgers so much. The only downside is the limited seating since it operates mainly as a walk-up window. There are a few tables out front and one on the side, but on a hot, sunny day, finding a shady spot can be a challenge. Overall, Annie's is a charming local ice cream stop with generous portions, friendly service, and some surprisingly tasty treats beyond just ice cream.

At first look this ice cream spot seems to be a gas station before turned into an ice cream shop, a very good spot to attract a lot of costumers. There are some picnic tables around where costumers can enjoy their sweet treats. First we scouted their menu which was on their wall, chose an ice cream flavor, then went in line at the window on the right where you can order food or ice cream, after ordering and paying you go to the window on the left to pick up your order. We bought cappuccino ice cream in a cup, butter pecan ice cream on a cone and banana ice cream in a cup with chocolate top shell. What I was able to taste was the cappuccino ice cream, it was creamy, not too sweet, rich, velvety smooth and captures the flavor of coffee and espresso, really delicious and good. They give large portion for the price, value is well below compared to NY prices. Staff was welcoming and very friendly, service was quick and efficient. I have enjoyed our experience in this ice cream shop, it was a refreshing treat and a delightful indulgence.
