The management team at Uni-Mart in St. Clair (which isn't even an actual Uni-Mart - they're too cheap to change the signage), all seem to be individuals with major developmental disabilities. I'm assuming some of them have taken some sort of courses about running a store, but they seem to be trying their best to make "Uni-Mart" the worst store in Schuylkill County. And they've succeeded on that point. Avoid this store like the plague! The other, actual Uni-Mart up on Hwy 61 and Patterson is much better, and Del Camp's market a few blocks east of that is much better stocked. And heading to Turkey Hill in Port Carbon is an even better option, since they have Redbox.
