It was such a beautiful night, my parents and I came and we each got our own pizza. Pizza came out in maybe 15 minutes, we sat and waited and just chilled. It was a beautiful night. I am so appreciative that Windy Brow has a vegan cheese option, so I could be included! I got the Margherita pizza and subbed vegan cheese. The crust and dough were incredible - so fluffy, perfectly crispy, amazing thick crust. The vegan cheese was also great, and the sauce too. Just a perfect pizza. My dad got a regular Margherita and loved it, and my mom got the fungi pizza with mushrooms and was raving about it. My boyfriend got the pig and fig and (of course) loved it as well. We all raved to each other about how amazing everything was. For a farm to do something like this when they don't need to, shows that they love what they do! You can really feel the love in the pizza. We then got ice cream after since the ice cream stand was still open. I got the vegan dark chocolate sea salt (literally incredible, perfect consistency, I love hard ice cream so this was amazing), my boyfriend got Madagascar vanilla and said it was a perfect classic vanilla, my dad said the cherry vanilla was the best he's ever had, and my mom who doesn't love ice cream got the lemon blueberry butter cake and was raving about it.
