And it has that and more. I am not sure if they have anything else for pick your own other than strawberries but I think the amount of strawberries they do have is good enough to last quite a while and give enough for all who want to come and pick. The experience is amazing for the kids since they get to see the berries grown and the variety is aromatic enough and tasty enough for all things including eating. I am not sure if I will be able to make it out there one more time this year but I will definitely come back next year.

On Market Days, it turns into a farmers market collaborated with area farmers and crafters with similar mindsets. Unfortunately, this isn't regular as you really have to pay attention to their website (or antisocial media) to remember the dates during the warmer months and then sparingly into November. Most farmers are very amicable and open to answering reasonable questions as you can find out more info on the farm's buying program so you'll never be without seasonal produce and farm fresh meat year-round!

My favorites have been the sweet potato soup with kale and quinoa and the potato, lemon, arugula soup. The staff is friendly enough. One girl is always chipper and open to conversation. The other one I've seen can be awkward. No one has ever been rude though. They offer other goods too like healthy drinks, baked goods, and nut butters. What a different world and pace of life. This will be my weekly shopping spot for fresh produce and freshly baked bread! This was a definite "gain" when I moved to the area for sure! I was so excited to see a beautiful rock and crystal shop too. Of course I just had to buy a rainbow aura quartz sphere and a chunky cut quartz crystal too. Crystals are my new obsession! I also bought some amazing homemade Italian Bread from an Italian lady who bakes her own bread- it's incredible ! She kindly reminded me that there are no preservatives and to keep the bread refrigerated to maintain freshness- it won't be around for long. I tasted empanadas from a food stand I've been dying to try. Crispy and delicious! The meat inside was delicious and savory. I can't wait to hit that stand again next week.

Ok. Let me explain the 3 star rating. If you're a shopper…read moreyou will be pretty happy as it's always packed with vendors. Last time I was there was last summer so writing this a year later. Food selection is very good and reasonable prices. The drive to get there is beautiful, or you can use the interstate nearby. Most vendors have reasonable prices. Huge selection of options to buy stuff. Now, I tried setting up and selling as a vendor. THAT WAS A DISASTER! I actually LOST MONEY trying to sell stuff . I didn't make even $25 and I had an entire truck filled with all kinds of items. The area is extremely poor. The people who were there to shop were mostly broke. They want every thing for a dollar. Lots of " I'll be back" and "I'll think about it". That's code for "I'm broke" lol. So, if you're a shopper Theres lots to buy at good prices. If your a vendor hats not food then good luck making money. I think the only reason vendors go is because it's open on Wednesday and no other markets are so the vendors come. That entire area for miles and multiple towns are economically depressed. Definitely not economically viable. So if you have cash to downs you'll be very happy here.
