I like the customization options that Sheetz has for their sandwiches. The pretzel buns are one of my favorite upgrades. I like the variety of sauces that the offer as well. The selection of items in general is larger and better than what we have at our local convenience store chain, Wawa. The problem I have with this location is that they have a bit of trouble getting orders right, in particular when it comes to sauces. Out of the half dozen times I ordered, twice I got no sauce on my sandwich when I ordered it. And on another occasion, I ordered my sandwich with heavy sauce, and it barely had any on it. This is something that can make or break a sandwich. In particular when I got my dry burger with no sauce at all on it, it was barely edible, but I wasn't going to drive 15 minutes back to the store to complain, so I bit the bullet. As someone that works in quality, I can say that either needs to be more training, or the sandwich building process needs to be reviewed (or perhaps both). If I encountered this type of error on half my small number of visits, there's no way this isn't happening hundreds of times a year at this location, and possibly thousands of times across other locations if this is a chain wide issue. I like what Sheetz offers, and this would be at least an easy 4 star rating if my orders were always made correctly, but it's clear that improvements need to be made to raise order accuracy.

They also have a deli that serves boars head meats for sandwiches. Again like I've said in the past, customer service is a bigger deal to me than price. Why? Because if the people are humble and hard working they deserve a good piece of the pie. I respect those who work hard to make people feel welcome. So this is the deal, they didn't have any hot sandwiches at the time at their deli. But, we were really wanting some hot food not cold cut sandwiches. So we asked them if it was okay if they held on to our things that we were going to purchase while we went next door to eat. They could have said no and I believe with all my heart they had every right to say no. They were so kind said it would be no problem and they held on to our stuff till we were done eating. We came back after eating and our stuff was there ready to purchase, we even got a couple more things to try and show our appreciation for what they did for us. It looks like a liquor store but I think it's much more of a convenience store cause they have a good amount of stuff you would probably not find at a regular liquor store. It's been there for quite some time but I've rarely seen a station after a lot of years not to be run down and decrepit. And it's a big prop for the owners. The fuels here are competitively priced for one of the major oil company branded gas stations but the added bonus of available discounts on fuel that can be had by shopping at Price Chopper across the street is an added bonus. This gas station unlike many in the area is open 24 hours and I've availed myself of this particular fact many times.
