I did a ton of research before deciding on HHbM and it was the best decision hands down. Kim BLEW- and continues to blow- my expectations out of the water every time I see her! You get the energy of a group with the personal touch of personal training. I appreciate that they market to the 40+ age group as it makes it a lot less intimidating and I don't feel self conscious about needing accommodations for bad knees and weak back. Trainers adjust everything to your level but still challenge you to build up over time. They also seem to genuinely care about seeing you make progress and provide check ins to track progress. If you are looking to get healthier in a friendly environment, look no further.
