Earning a commission means being the reason a sale took place (I should know, my profession is 100% commission based) . Your first word to me should NOT be to tell me to do something that works better for YOUR paycheck and massively inconveniences me. That's how you get people to walk out, certainly not how you get them to come back again and again...but Reza gets it, he will get you more than taken care of. In June of 2024 we paid approximately $2,700 for a custom suit. When we initially received it, the suit was ill-fitting and the pants were missing, we had communicated with our salesperson and he said they could fix it. The pants were eventually sent to us, and we had to return them as they did not fit either. We were later told by the merchant that they had LOST the pants we returned, and we still had the ill fitting custom jacket. As of June 2026, in an effort to resolve this and end up with a suit or our money back, the merchant offered us a refund, so we returned the jacket. We were told that our refund had been processed in June, but we have NEVER received it. It's been over three months and a lot of back and forth. So after more than two years, this business has the entire suit and our money. I have repeatedly reached out trying to resolve this. Now my messages are simply being ignored. We have given them every opportunity to make this right privately. At this point, we have no suit and no refund and are out $2,700. I would strongly caution anyone considering placing a custom order here based on our experience. If our $2,700 is finally refunded, I will gladly update this review to reflect that.

I advised the sales associate I was starting a new job and they had very strict guidelines as to what color we could wear. So, I asked could I return what I was buying if they are the wrong color and he replied "No, there are kids in school." I didn't understand what kids in school had to do with me buying uniforms for my profession. So I asked "May I take a photo to confirm they are the right color?". The reply was "No!" And he hid the clothing. Which brought me to the conclusion not to ever return or spend one penny at this business since the customer service was horrible. After I looked around I never saw a sign stating no returns. I personally would discourage anyone from shopping here.
