I'm a Coach Customer, all I Have to say is that I have had nothing but friendly, and helpful Customer Service. I have witness many times people leaving the Store with dozens of bags? i overheard the cashier tell this person that only a certain amount of bags can be purchase at once. this customer left the store that came back in with another person, so that person could by the remaining balance of bags? what in the world could they be doing but reselling. i agree with the policy that Coach has in place. the above customer should try another store and see if they are not treated the same? The salesman Jakob was fabulous. I asked if there were anymore pink wallets in the back and he brought me one that wasn't on the shelves and a matching wristlet. I ended up taking both along with a matching purse. He was so kind and warm and funny. The tall Caucasian man in a white button up ringing me up is who I have an issue with. He was charging me twice for the items. At first I told him the price was wrong because Jacob had given me an estimate and it was not matching the register. The man then insulted Jakob's math and just waited for me to pay. Insulting a fellow coworker in rude and inappropriate. I looked at the screen and noticed he was double charging me and I pointed it out. He just stared at me with no apologies and still waiting rudely for my payment. I love this store and the products and never had an issue until this time around. The least the man could have done was ACKNOWLEDGE his mistake and APOLOGIZE. I purchased sunglasses, two handbags, a wallet and wristlet. I am from Los Angeles CA and visit Lake Arrowhead 2 or 3 times a year and am always excited for whatever purchase awaits me at the Coach store. The employee that rang me up was rude for trying to overcharge me, not acknowledging and not apologizing. If it wasn't for him it would've been all five stars. read more

This is my absolute favorite Coach store. First, it is an outlet, so they always have amazing deals. Second, despite the small size of the store, they generally have a fairly good selection of handbags. (I have been to bigger stores and not been able to find a thing; Lake Arrowhead stocks a good blend of traditional and trendy bags.). Third, and most importantly, the staff here is all about customer service. You can bring your items back, and they will take care of you. In addition, you have stellar service while in store. To start off I have been a regular customer for many many years (at least 10 but definitely more) and I have bought hundreds of dollars of handbags and wallets and always received excellent customer service. WOW what the heck happened? I went in there today with my 2 dogs and was appalled by the customer service. I entered the store and was told the dogs were NOT allowed to come in. Lake Arrowhead Village has always been DOG FRIENDLY and my dogs have always been invited into the store and given a dog biscuit and fresh drink of water (because there was always a bowl of water on the floor near the entrance/exit). We were told the dogs weren't allowed in plus the self righteous attitude exhibited by the staff was APPALLING!!! Shame on you, I will be taking my business elsewhere!!! read more

Unbelievably BAD! Dishonest! Scammer! I bought 3 I teams, since they are on sale, the girls on the floor gave me the prices, when I got to the cashier, all 3 prices are higher, but they don't tell you on the screen, only the regular price, so you won't know they gave you a different price until you read the receipt carefully. After I have done so, I asked them and they said they will correct the mistake but I have to go back to the line and wait all over again, that's after I already waited the first time for 15 minutes. Unbelievable! I think if I was running the business I would quickly apologize and correct the mistake and not tell the customer he or she to go back in line to wait! Never come back here again and question about the business. read more

Very helpful staff, who are very knowledgeable about their products. Also, they were very accommodating to my three-year old daughter while my wife shopped. They played with her and kept her entertained which made the experience that much better. It's a Coach store, so don't go in there expecting to drop less than $150. I went to Lake Arrowhead with my boyfriend and his family and we went shopping in the village and found a Coach store - and even better, an outlet! I was very happy. I ended up buying a scarf and a stationary set. The service was great and the sales people were very friendly and helpful. I am very happy that this place isn't too far of a drive away! It's still pricey, but not as bad as a regular Coach store, but it really depends on what you're buying. read more

The shop is clean and tidy. Selection is good. Staff and super friendly. Parking is easy and the place overlooks a beautiful lake in the back. My sales specialist was Ashlee who provided my guest and myself with the most outstanding service. Accommodating, knowledgeable, gracious and patient. I am typically a HUGE fan of this store and have always had great experiences with their customer service and their help.....that is until yesterday, LABOR DAY 2012! I went into the store which is pretty typical of my mother and me. Well we also had my daughter and best friend with us. As usual the store was pretty busy but likewise there was at the least 6-8 employees on hand also. All employees were very helpful and cheerful and then there was ONE----Sheena, this women was soooo outright rude and did not represent a Coach store and customer service in any way shape or form. I'm not sure if it was a bad day for her or if she normally displays such horrible customer service to people. I many years ago used to hold a management position in retail, so i get the whole rush of holidays, the many customers you deal with that are all so different and so forth. But this woman not only was outwardly blunt about her rudeness, but also made comments that were just ones to make you need to take a deep breath and not snap on her. I've never been in a store and had to take a deep breathe, pray and then speak. Needless to say I've had to since speak to not only the regional manager but corporate also. You may ask well what did you do to make her upset LOL, well that's the thing i hadn't done anything....i was walking around with my 9month old daughter and friends and family who were all purchasing items and i saw an item along with a family member and we wanted to see with all their wonderful discounts what the final price would be. So we went to the register and asked a very nice and helpful employee what the final price would be. She smiled, did her calculations and gave us a phenomenal ending price that we could not pass up. So we got into the line and were going to purchase a few items. Once at the register i had walked away to tend to my daughter and speak to a waiting family member who was alone. Well here comes one of our family friends empty handed after visiting the register so i asked what happened and she said well they said what i was buying was going to be $55 more for each item. So this is now $55 more than what we were already told was the price at the register prior to getting in line. This had nothing to do with us making up our own calculations and were wrong on our end, had nothing to do with the fact that the sign in front of that entire area also reflected the price being the $55 less BUT an actual employee prior to us getting in line had already told a group of us that the item was the lesser amount. So this is where i ran into my customer service issue. I wanted an explanation as to what happened and why its $55 more the 2nd time at the register now that we are ready for check out. And here comes "Sheena," she not only does not address me nor speak directly to me but as i was standing their waiting she tells another employee "Who cares it doesn't matter anymore she left my store" So i kindly speak up and said "I haven't gone anywhere I'm right here" Mind you i am 5'9" and of a thin athletic build. So it's not as if i was 5' and easy to miss. I stood prominently there at the register. So her comment i for one thought was very outspokenly rude & unnecessary. Then after she seen i was there and was waiting to speak to someone about the situation at hand, she then continues to not come to me and speak to me BUT to speak to another employee. So i nicely asked the really nice other employees that stood there, what happened and why prices were soo different the 2nd time around at the register. One of the employees said "Let me try and find out and Sheena should be figuring this out and speaking to you" Well Sheena just went to the area this item was in, moved all of them AND removed the price sign that was there also, rolled her eyes very openly and spoke very rudely of me and the other customers that were standing there waiting 4 her to ever address us. So i found this just completely unacceptable. I spoke to another employee and explained "I don't mind that Sheena is now fixing the problem on the floor of all the items mis-marked and mis-placed, but myself and others are all standing here waiting in silence as there are 6-8 other Coach employees that could be fixing the floor as she addresses the issue at hand. Needless to say Sheena NEVER came & addressed myself or the other customers. She stayed on the floor in the area of the mis-marked items. It was truly sad to have this experience at a store in which all other employees have always made the visit there a great one. Let alone that an employee wasn't "adult enough" take a deep breath and deal with what needed to be dealt with but to say rude comments for other guests to hear, to roll her eyes and carry on as she did in such an unprofessional manner. She could have (now assuming she was a higher position, which i am unsure her position at all) assigned/delegated another employee the task of fixing the mistake on the floor. read more

One of the ladies was extremely helpful at helping me pick out a pink wristlet as a gift for my sister's bday plus it was on clearance! It was only $24! I'm in love! Got a great purse that I had been eye raping at the mall a few months ago for almost 1/4 of the price. It was on sale for 50% off, and they had a additional 30% off everything that day. So I got a bag that was almost $400 at Macys a few months back for $120 after tax. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The store was packed and the sales woman still took time to help me, and even smile and play with my baby for a quick second. Next time I'm in Arrowhead I will be back for more. read more

After reading a few of the other reviews I feel the need to tell you what I think about the Coach Store in Lake Arrowhead, CA. First and foremost i THINK the staff is TERRIFIC. Robin, who seems to be a lead staff member, is great. She is savvy, mature and friendly. They are very customer service oriented. I go in there about once every other month, they remember me, what I like, my daughter's name and asked how my family is. WOW, I don't get that type of service very often. I can't hold the staff responsible for goods that are on the shelf, that's a corporate decision, but the selection they have is professionally presented, fairly priced and when they are able to discount further with a coupon they make sure we get one. Coach has a lot to be proud of with the Lake Arrowhead store. The greeting was very pleasant and friendly. When one of the sales staff asked if she could help I said yes and stated my needs and wants. She not only came up with exactly what I wanted, she told me about the buckle on the wallet being a replica of the thirties. When I asked about the material on the buckle, she knew that it was made of solid nickle. I found that to be very impressive in this day and age when sales people most times can't even be found except at the cash register. Lynn and Katie at the Lake Arrowhead Village Outlet Coach store are the very best Coach representatives a company could have and that a customer could ask for! They helped me with a zipper replacement on my favorite Coach bag (that I loved) when no other local Coach stores in Orange County, California would help me ... and in fact, the OC places turned me away as unable to help me. When I called the Arrowhead store and spoke with the manager, Lynn, she was extremely helpful and asked me to bring the broken bag into her store. I arrived at her store on a day that she was not working. Katie called her on her day off for her approval to send my bag into the factory for repair. The store was extremely busy that day but Katie was kind enough to call Lynn and Lynn took the time to resolve my problem on her day off! If I could give a higher rating than a 5 star, I would. These two ladies and this store is the very best! They deserve this praise! read more

I have been a Coach customer for at least ten years. I just wanted to let everyone know about a horrible and embarrassing situation that I encountered. I was in the Lake Arrowhead store recently to exchange an item. They handed me a letter that wasn't even on letterhead, telling me that I am no longer authorized to purchase their products AND most of the information on the two letters isn't even true. Coach misspelled my last name and the address was wrong. They are accusing me of reselling their product and returning too many items. I do purchase a lot of merchandise from Coach but NOT to resell. I really like the product. BUT not anymore because of the way I was treated. I tried to call the 1-800 number but was unable to talk to a person other than the operator. This phone number only goes to a phone bank, you leave a message and wait to be called back. I am still waiting. Be careful if you purchase more than one item of the same YOU might get the same letter. I feel Coach was very unprofessional in the manner that I received the letter, the letter itself looked like a copy, not on letterhead and not even signed (very impersonal) and they have not responded to my phone calls. I am no longer a Coach purchaser. read more
