I went in on a mission with limited time so didn't do much browsing. This isn't a huge store despite it being in MOA but there was plenty to look through! The cashier helped me search for any of that item left, and brought me to the shelf so I could pick it out. Another worker got me a fitting room quickly. She was pretty sales on the Athleta credit card, but I realize that's part of their job. I was able to swap my gift out for the one in the correct size very easily and quickly. Prices are quote steep for me beyond getting gifts here, but I've loved everything I've ever been gifted from here and the styles + quality is amazing!

Bae thinks that they have like, the best workout clothes and yoga clothes imaginable, but I don't think that the prices are anything that the average person would want to pay or even could afford to be honest. It's like Victoria Sport but less sexy and more expensive. But still really good and they're friendly.

One was a pair of skinny cords in a Olive Green for $4.88. The other two pairs were were olive and burgundy, cropped, new for spring. They were marked at $44 and I asked someone in the back of that was their actual price. She looked and saw there is no sign by them so she told me she would go up and check the price for them. They were $30, I bought them. She was super sweet about it. The dressing room lady and I had a nice conversation about how to spell my name, super sweet woman. Then when I was browsing the floor another employee asked me about the weather, again super sweet and helpful. I wish they had more of my colors! But I will be back in because I know these things change by season.

They have phenomenal sales (don't buy anything full price!). If you can't find your size in the store, they will gladly ship it to you FREE from another store or online if they have it. I was so excited when the manager offered that service to me when i was bummed to not find my size in a dress. What's that, did I say online?! YES! Loft outlet recently launched their website to snag deals online too. I tend to have better luck trying things on in person, but I've enjoyed browsing new styles online too. If you shop here more than a few times, it's worth it to sign up for their in store credit card. This is the ONE store card I own- they give massive discounts for using it, and you can pay off your balance very easily using the cc platform or app. Sizing here varies- I find that I wear a slightly smaller size at LOFT than most other places. Also- the lounge line is huge- I'm usually a medium at loft and need a small (ha!) in the lounge stuff.

I had received a gift card from my 14 year old younger brother for $60, and when I went to go use it at this store, the person working at the cashier, (her name is Hailey) was rude from the start. She didn't smile and when I gave her my gift card she said there was only 12 cents on it. I told her that was not possible as the gift card had been with us since it was purchased a week earlier and we had made absolutely no purchases on it. She made calls and through the whole process when I would say thank you for your help, she would ignore me and was very rude. Finally she gave over the gift card and said that it was our problem to deal with and that she couldn't help us. We told her that it shouldn't be our problem because we had the card with the PIN number still unscratched and the proof of purchase with receipt. Hailey, the cashier, told us that she can't handle us anymore to her coworker and that she didn't like the way we were talking to her, rolled her eyes, threw our gift card to her coworker, Ellen, and walked out. We were relieved that we received a new worker and that she might be better, but without any respect to us as the customer, she said, "I will not serve you if you will act that way towards my coworker". We were absolutely stunned at this terrible customer service, as this is the worst experience we have ever encountered. We walked out of the store, cheated of our $60, without no help, or without any proper customer service. I am absolutely disgusted and disappointed with AE and will no longer be shopping here. Ellen and Hailey from this AE store in the Eden Praire Center were absolutely terrible, and should be punished for their horrible customer service and how they treated us. It's very sad that a company would cheat a 14 year old boy who saved his money all year to buy his sister a gift card, and there was no help in return of this situation. Very, very disappointing especially when we have the orignal receipt and gift card and every type of proof of purchase of the gift card. I am not only disappointed that we lost $60, but almost more disappointed in the customer service we received from Ellen and Hailey.

Instead of resolving the issue, I was told to call a phone number, which felt like an unnecessary waste of my time and an attempt to make me give up on the exchange process. Since I needed the item, I ended up having to buy another one. I am very disappointed with the customer service and the lack of support for a defective product.
