Well... probably THE worst taxi company I've ever come accross…read more yes, it's 20% offf but unless your willing to put up with the rude, incompetant staff and drivers that they have there, your better off going for a different taxi company that is really only 2-3 euro more expensive. Not only was the man on the phone, the receptionist, rude and a generally vile person to deal with on the phone, he was probably as useful as a rice cracker! The driver turned up... but for about a minute drove off and then rang my number. What use is that ringing me and then driving off? I rang the company back and they said they could not send another driver or the same one as when he arrived there was someone staring out the window at him and made no effort to come out. This might be believable if there had been anyone else in the house at the time apart from myself.... but there wasnt. Just me and I certainly didnt stare out the window at him, no beep, no phone call to say he areived until after he left. Called a differwnt company and got a polite and friendly driver and an even more efficient man dealing with me on the phone. DON'T CALL ASAP unless your willing to put up with rude people and seemingly bad drivers.

I watched on my app and finally it showed that the taxi was on the way. It didn't change and after 20 minutes more, it showed that the booking was cancelled. I phoned again and reinstated the booking. After checking my watch and realising I had been waiting for an hour, I gave up and called Free Now. Got a taxi in 5 minutes. There was a lady next to me also waiting. She also ended up calling Free Now and phoned up to tell Lynk (who her company had an account with). She was told "you should just always call them". I doubt they still have the account. Why take bookings? Especially to the airport? Really, really bad.

Booking made (two weeks before my trip) and assurance given that the pick-up would be with the driver being in the arrivals hall of Dublin Airport with a name board. When I arrived (11.05 p.m.), nobody was there. I called twice, there was an authomatic message "you have a booking for..." but the operatar told me that they had some problems (???) and so there wasn't a taxi for me. Even though I told him I hadn't and we were next and had been waiting for 15 minutes he got there. He asked the lady behind us to get in and dve refused because she said my gran , who is using walking aid , was there first. He swore at her and ignored the other people waiting then he seen a man he knew who was not waiting for a cab and offered him a lift. This is beyond appalling.

The cars are always nice and new, the drivers are professional and know where they're going, and they do special requests (ask for a van, get a van). There's a €2 fee for pre-booking, but it's good peace of mind. So is the fact that all cars take credit and laser cards (without a fuss) and have CCTV. You can even book online. A problem arose where the nursing staff nor I could figure out how to disable the breaks on the wheel chair. Stephen saved the day. He went from his taxi into the hospital ward and managed to disable the breaks so we could take my granny home in Stephen's wheel chair equipped taxi. He's a legend and also has a great sense of humour. Would highly recommend this service to everyone.

These guys are quite unlike any other taxi company I've used before. They're really good about bookings and even though I used them loads of times I've never been left in the lurch by them. I was talking to one of their cabbies one day and he said that the golden rule in this company was always being where you said you'd be and it really really shows. They're always my first call now!
