Dependable, Outstanding Service! I was looking for private taxi service in Dublin for an upcoming trip. Needed transportation for 4 people (with lots of luggage) from airport to hotel, in-city service, and hotel back to the airport. Wanted it all prearranged so I'd have no worries about transportation during the trip. Contacted several companies that I found on-line and Leinster Taxi (Stephen) was the only one to respond to my inquiry in a prompt manner with answers to all my questions. I booked with Leinster Taxi and it was one of the best decisions I've ever made. Stephen continued to communicate via e-mail prior to the trip and upon arrival at the Dublin airport, he was standing just where he said he'd be holding a tablet with my name on it. He was friendly and very accommodating. His taxi service was prompt, professional and reasonably priced. His minivan was extremely clean, comfortable and in good repair. He offered us bottled water at every pick-up. He kept me updated on his status via text during one of the in-city taxi bookings that we had intentionally left a bit fluid. I consider myself very fortunate to have found Leinster Taxi and would definitely book with them again on any future trips to Dublin. I'm a bit hesitant about publishing this review for fear of letting the secret out and driving so much business to Leinster Taxi that I'm unable to make my next booking! read more

I would highly recommend Leinster Taxi. Since we were traveling during the pandemic the primary reason we chose Leinster Taxi was that they had a plexiglass barrier between the driver and the passengers. Now that we have used the service, I have many more reasons to be glad we chose them. Stephen was helpful and friendly. Our flight was canceled, and we didn't arrive until 24 hours after our original plan. Stephen was able to accommodate us. We had a four plus hour trip from the airport to our destination. Stephen provided us with bottled water and brand new pillows, sealed in plastic. We were able to sit far enough back in the van to put nearly six feet between him and us. He was willing to stop along the way anytime we wished and he was a very capable driver. I would be happy to hire Leinster Taxi in the future. read more

TOM IS THE BEST! ;-) My service pup and I recently needed a ride to the Dublin airport in the morning, and he picked me up early, immediately helping me with my luggage, with good cheer in his voice and a sparkle in his eye. To pass the time, he regaled me with taxi cab tales and cracked a few jokes. He was chivalrous, easygoing, and had me laughing on a day I didn't want to fly back home. Time spent driving with Tom was time (and money) well spent. You can tell he loves his job and cares about his customers, and I most certainly appreciate that. I contacted Steve with a fare request for transport from Dublin Airport to the cruiseport. He responded very quickly and after a few back and forth between us a fare was settled on. During the messaging I discovered he also has a sense of humor which is also important to me! He was waiting in arrivals for us even though we sat on the tarmac for approximately 35 mind on arrival. He led us to his taxi which was newer and very versatile Tie down racks on the floor to secure almost anything from a wheelchair to machines on wheels,call me impressed. We had four adults with large suit cases and carry on baggage. We booked him for our arrival in Dublin and our departure as well. He wouldn't take any money upon bringing us to our hotel the first time. He insisted that we wait and pay all at once him when he came and got us upon our return to Dublin 10 days later!
