Today, I was bringing 3 large slurpees to my poor sister-in-law and her boys. I had them in one of those cardboard trays, but because of the weight, it was a bit wobbly. Ramon to my rescue!! He is always so patient & kind to each of his customers - as if no one else exists on this planet but you. Today was no different. He saw me struggling and kindly packaged each slurpee in a plastic bag he tied at the top to insure the lid wouldn't pop off and gave me a more secure carrier to hold them in. I cannot thank this man enough. The service here is awesome - you're lucky if this is your 7-eleven!

When I go inside, I am always greeted and the staff is so friendly here. Yes, hard to believe for a 7-11 and a gas station! When I go inside I always buy a little treat and it ranges and depends on what I am craving. Always a great selection. Great staff, quick service and conveint location.

I noticed that in the far back corner where the dairy is, they have windows way up high which was an unusual but welcome surprise as the natural light is fantastic. That being said, the store offers everything you want or need in terms of grocery items. It even has a nice seating area by the deli where you can purchase sandwiches and coffee. Most locations don't have that. There are 4 self check outs which are always a fav of mine. This location wasn't too busy during the afternoon I was here so no line up for me! There's a liquor store right beside the grocery store too.

Thankfully this Coop gas station was open and I could watch my car fuel up while sitting inside and take in the sunrise. I don't ever remember being up this early in a long time. The great thing about this location is the cost of their no touch car wash which is under 11 bucks; and this gets you a nice shiny car wash. I was too tired to try this but another time I will most definitely do it; this is a much more reasonable price than places that are charging you 20 bucks to do the same thing. Thank god you were open this early or else I would have watched the sunrise from the side of a road.

It's also a Tim Hortons location so many people go their for their coffee and the parking / entrance can get a bit backed up. I enter, I ask the lady very nicely if I can use their restroom, and both her and her coworker give me a horrible attitude. They tell me to go to Wendy's as they're "open". To my surprise-- they weren't. So now I've been lied to, and trying not to embarrass myself and pee my pants outside. I was running across the Brentwood plaza at 6:30 AM, in -25°C weather, about to blow up. I was able to find a restroom elsewhere, thank God. But seriously, do better. As I always do, I checked my receipt. Found out they charged me for the "Silver Gas" for $1.52/L. When I noticed this, I went inside to talk with the attendant named Suhk. I informed him that there was something wrong with their machine. He then asked me what I wanted him to do. He said my receipt said I picked Silver...even after I explained I had picked Bronze. He said he could have his manager check the tape so I told him to do so. Then he said he wasn't in but could take my receipt and number. I told him he should put something on the pump to inform others there is an issue. He just kept saying it never happens. I said until it was figured out he should inform his customers so they don't get ripped off too. He just said no...no...no this never happens. I kept my receipt as I will be filing a complaint with head office. Make sure you go to a different gas station as these guys are crooks!!!

I arrived at the gas station minutes before closing but everything was open - no sign of anyone shutting down the gas station: The machine took my credit card, I started filling up and just after the first couple of "drops" of fuel everything went dark... No idea if and what I got charged, and no compassion from staff that I was just in the process of filling up: "come back tomorrow" was the answer I got once they figured out they had interrupted me... I don't think so...
